The Steele Dossier and the ICA were deliberately used and relied upon to wreck public opinion of Donald Trump, cast severe doubt on the legitimacy of his Presidency, make him unable to effectively govern, and were the bases for the Mueller investigation, impeachment attempts, numerous unlawful search warrants and the wrongful destruction of the lives of many in Trumpβs inner circle.
