WSJπ: The Democratic Partyβs image has eroded to its lowest point in more than three decades, according to a new Wall Street Journal poll, with voters seeing Republicans as better at handling most issues that decide elections.
The new survey finds that 63% of voters hold an unfavorable view of the Democratic Partyβthe highest share in Journal polls dating to 1990 and 30 percentage points higher than the 33% who hold a favorable view.
That is a far weaker assessment than voters give to either President Trump or the Republican Party, who are viewed more unfavorably than favorably by 7 points and 11 points, respectively. A mere 8% of voters view the Democrats βvery favorably,β compared with 19% who show that level of enthusiasm for the GOP.
Democrats have been hoping that a voter backlash against the president will be powerful enough to restore their majority in the House in next yearβs midterm elections, much as it did during Trumpβs first term. But the Journal poll shows that the party hasnβt yet accomplished a needed first step in that plan: persuading voters they can do a better job than Trumpβs party.

1. The βSteele Dossierβ was a complete fabrication, none of it was true.
2. The Intelligence Community Assessment (the βICAβ) that claimed Russia interfered in the 2016 election to benefit Donald Trump was similarly a fraud. The intelligence community first independently determined that Russia did nothing to help Donald Trump, and Barack Obama forced a re-write of the ICA saying they did.
3. The Steele Dossier and the ICA were deliberately used and relied upon to wreck public opinion of Donald Trump, cast severe doubt on the legitimacy of his Presidency, make him unable to effectively govern, and were the bases for the Mueller investigation, impeachment attempts, numerous unlawful search warrants and the wrongful destruction of the lives of many in Trumpβs inner circle.
4. Given the above facts, it is reasonable to state that Russiagate constitutes the worst series of political crimes in US history.

Ghislaine Maxwell, who sources told ABC News initiated the meetings with the Department of Justice, answered questions for about nine hours over two days after being granted a limited form of immunity, the sources said.
The immunity allowed Maxwell to freely answer Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche's questions without fear that her responses could later be used against her, the sources said.
The so-called proffer immunity is commonly granted to individuals prosecutors are seeking to make cooperators in a criminal case. Maxwell has already been tried, convicted and sentenced for sex trafficking underage girls.
