President Donald Trump's administration is reversing what officials call President Joe Biden's "quiet amnesty" by reopening hundreds of thousands of previously closed deportation cases, Breitbart reported.
The Department of Homeland Security has begun reviving deportation cases that were not adjudicated on the merits and were administratively closed during the Biden administration, ending a practice critics say allowed illegal immigrants to remain in the United States indefinitely without proper cause.
"Biden chose to release millions of illegal aliens, including criminals, into the country and used prosecutorial discretion to indefinitely delay their cases and allow them to illegally remain in the United States," DHS spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin said. "Now, President Trump and Secretary [Kristi] Noem are following the law and resuming these illegal aliens' removal proceedings and ensuring their cases are heard by a judge."

Here's another great example of how Trump operates.
Out of nowhere, he'll announce something like he did when he said he'd personally redevelop Palestine, take back the Panama Canal, absorb Greenland, and make Canada our 51st state.
This is meant to immediately cause a flurry of attention (which is exactly what happens like clockwork) to something he wants to do by asserting leverage out ahead of the game, before you even realize you're playing in one.
What's important is the outrage response he intentionally caused when he decided to shake the tree of the broken status quo.
Conversations that would have never otherwise occurred begin happening. People are writing articles about it, and talking heads are exploding about it on television.
Meanwhile, Trump is smiling.
He's opened the door.
He's in his element.
His foes, however, that's a different story. They're immediately aghast, on the defensive, and off balance.
Ultimately, he can, if he so chooses, cede ground because he'll still be getting what he always wanted from the outset, regardless.
I say, let Trump cook.
He knows what he's doing.
And he's the GOAT at doing it.

British Justice Secretary Shabana Mahmood announced plans to pass legislation allowing for the immediate deportation of foreign criminals from the United Kingdom.
Amid increasing anger over the ramifications of the mass migration agenda imposed on the country by both Westminster establishment parties, the left-wing Labour government said on Saturday that part of its βPlan for Changeβ will see migrant criminals deported and barred from return rather than allowing them to serve their sentences in Britain.

The Supreme Court is on a collision course with defining what Birthright Citizenship entails once and for all.
Oh, and just ahead of Trump's planned effort to redo the census, which matters because that's how apportionment of our congressional representation is awarded. And let's not skim past the ongoing effort by ICE to purge the country of illegal aliens, starting with the worst of the worst.
Combined, this battle is quite literally for all the marbles.
An accurate census would remove both all the seats the Democrats have acquired via fraud, and their ability to then illicitly steer the course of our nation by exercising influence they should never have had to begin with.
Now, the timing of the matter (including the parallel emphasis of ICE) makes the prospect of Birthright Citizenship's return to the spotlight all the more interesting.
You may not know this, but the SCOTUS never ruled on the matter of clarifying what 'Birthright Citizenship' means. Not yet, that is.
Trump's Executive Order #14160 defining what qualifies as birthright citizenship, which he boldly signed on his first day, thereby signifying the importance of it to his/our MAGA agenda, has been before them already, sure. The SCOTUS ruled on it (6-3) in Trump v. CASA back in June.
However, that decision was narrowly focused on limiting the ability of district courts to issue nationwide injunctions, not the core intent of having birthright citizenship clarified once and for all from a constitutional standpoint.
This decision would represent nothing short of a watershed moment for our Republic.
