Software developer Eliza Labs has sued Elon Muskβs X Corp, accusing it of extracting valuable information from the company before suspending its account on the social media platform and launching copycat AI products.
According to the lawsuit, filed Wednesday in the federal court in San Francisco, X duped Eliza into sharing its technological expertise related to so-called AI agents that operate on social media platforms.
Eliza, founded last year, developed an open-source platform for creating, deploying and managing AI agents, which can take actions on their own and adapt, unlike traditional software.

Cook, related to a mortgage on a 3rd property and alleged misrepresentations about her properties to the United States Government during her time as Governor of the Federal Reserve. On April 7, 2021, Cook entered a 15-year mortgage for a condominium in Cambridge, MA, representing it as her βSecond Homeβ. Only eight months later, on December 1, 2021, Cook signed an ethics form with the U.S. Government that this property was an βinvestment/rental propertyβ. In subsequent filings from 2022 to 2025, Cook consistently listed this property as an investment/rental property, not a second home. Representing the property as a second home may have allowed Cook to secure a lower βSecond Homeβ mortgage down payment and rates, as investment properties typically carry higher down payments and higher rates due to increased risk. Additionally, Cook allegedly misrepresented her Atlanta, GA property from 2022-2025 to the U.S. Government as her residence, despite evidence suggesting it was being rented out to tenants. Similarly, Cook declared in a 2025 government filing that her Ann Arbor, MI property was her personal residence, however, we have reason to believe that as of 2025, the Ann Arbor property is being used as a rental property, not a personal residence. These inconsistencies appear Cook made additional, multiple false representations, including to the U.S. Government, regarding the status of her mortgages and properties.

The U.S. Supreme Court has handed a major defeat to Californiaβs climate radicals.
In a 7-2 ruling, the court cleared the way for the stateβs energy producers to move forward with their lawsuit against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, targeting Californiaβs extreme green energy mandates.

Kennedy Jr. to serve as acting head of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention after a clash over vaccine policy ended in the departure of several agency leaders, according to two people familiar with the decision.
The selection of Jim OβNeill, currently the deputy secretary of HHS, as interim leader of the CDC, potentially clears a path for Kennedy to continue his efforts to overhaul federal vaccine policy after the agencyβs prior leader, Susan Monarez, balked at his requests.
As HHS deputy secretary, OβNeill helps oversee the agencyβs sprawling operations and serves as a key aide to Kennedy. He will continue working as Kennedyβs deputy while helming the CDC, according to the people, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss personnel decisions.

My bet is he intentionally highlighted it in order create a national conversation about the matter prior to taking certain actions later. Actions that could include either slashing the number of student visas afforded to Chinese students, if not cancelling them altogether.

I believe our current course of events, understanding what would have occurred had there not been an intervention (on our behalf), resides in the gray area between these two options of recourse.

Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., and Rep. Jerry Nadler, D-N.Y., are leading the probe into the changes at the Justice Department and FBI. Eight other senators and more than 50 members of the House signed the letter.
