π¨π¨Gabbard slams Clapper, Brennan for thinking they could 'undermine' a duly elected presidentβ
Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard on Wednesday slammed former CIA Director John Brennan and former DNI James Clapper for believing they had the "right to undermine the duly elected president of the United States because they disagree with his positions or his policies."
Brennan and Clapper have been accused of being involved in a treasonous scheme related to Russiagate, where former Obama administration officials tried to falsely link President Donald Trump to Russia to distract from their own scandals.
Gabbard said government officials should be solely focused on "serving the American people and upholding the Constitution," and accused the two former intelligence officials of failing in that manner.
"For me to be here as the eighth director of national intelligence and uncover how James Clapper and others like John Brennan manufactured intelligence to try to undermine President Trumpβs administration and presidency, and the voices of the American people, and then go back to the founding of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence that came about as a result of the terrorist attack on 9/11 and the manufacturing of intelligence to support the regime-change war in Iraq that George Bush led is an interesting bookend,β Gabbard said in a speech at the National Conservatism conference.

βI think weβre going to get some big bombshells in the next few weeks on Russia collusion, on Hillary Clintonβs foundation, maybe what was on those five thumb drives that James Comey and his team never looked at.
So those are going to be more relevant stories, I think, in the near future.βπ₯
If you havenβt noticed, John Solomon is THE guy. It appears he has been chosen to present the process of declassification to the American people.
He earned it π

What we're witnessing is the slow roll of an operation to move National Guard troops into many of our largest cities across the country.
The goal, IMHO, being to get out ahead of people freaking out were it not accomplished incrementally in this manner.
In fact, going about it this way will only build consensus publicly from an acceptance POV as law and order increasingly takes hold and the public can see it for themselves.

So far today we have Trump continuing the call the Epstein story a hoax, Epstein victims admitting Trump had an association with Epstein but refusing to confirm his involvement in criminal acts related to Epstein when asked directly by an MSM hack, and the lawyer of the victims announcing that Trump was helping Epstein victims going back to 2009.
The wheels are coming off the liberal narrative that Trump was part of Epsteinβs criminal activity, but the libs have already taken the bait. Theyβve been screaming for the truth since the moment Trump called it a hoax and Elon Tweeted out that Trump was on the list.
The Democrats have been pulled into a trap of their own making, yet again.
Never fails.
And the plot thickens.
Putin might be a lot of things but heβs not one for the social bickerings of playing he said/she said. Itβs clear he keeps receipts - he knows who heβs dealing with.

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has told the Trump administration that Israeli annexation of the occupied West Bank would harm the Abraham Accords and undermine the president's hopes of expanding them, according to two sources with knowledge of the matter.
Israel is considering annexing large portions of the West Bank later this month in response to the recognition of a Palestinian state by several western countries. President Trump is likely the only foreign player who could stop it. The UAE message is that if he doesn't, a key aspect of his foreign policy legacy could unravel.
The Emirati position is significant because the UAE was the first Arab country to condemn the Oct. 7 attacks, has maintained relations with Israel throughout the war in Gaza and even worked with the Israeli government on a post-war plan.
But the Emiratis have made clear in private and in public that they see annexation of parts of the West Bank as a "red line."
"These plans, if carried out, will do substantial damage to the UAE-Israel relationship. And they will irreparably damage whatever remains of the vision of regional integration. In many ways, the choice before Israel right now is annexation or integration," a senior Emirati official told Axios.

βοΈThe 'worst of the worst' migrant criminals will now be housed in the largest maximum-security prison in the U.S. as they await deportation.
Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and Attorney General Pam Bondi are heading to St. Francisville, Louisiana on Wednesday to tour and unveil the new holding location for illegal immigrants with criminal records.
Once dubbed the 'bloodiest prison in the South,' Angola prison is already holding 51 migrants, according to the Department of Homeland Security.
The state penitentiary, nicknamed by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) as the 'Louisiana Lockup,' will likely replace Florida's illegal immigration camp known as Alligator Alcatraz.
A judge last week struck down use of the camp in Florida as migrants await deportation. But Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said Tuesday that it's still operating and deporting illegal immigrants.π₯
He said DHS has stopped sending new detainees to the facility, but that Alligator Alcatraz is still 'ready, willing and able' to accept more.

Update on censorship war from X Global Government Affairs
Last October, Ireland's media regulator, CoimisiΓΊn na MeΓ‘n, rolled out its Online Safety Codeβa binding set of rules under the Online Safety and Media Regulation Act of 2022. Created for video-sharing platforms like X, it initially included general obligations in November, and increasingly introduced tougher requirements like age verification starting late last month. Platforms face quarterly compliance reports and steep fines for actions deemed to be slip-ups. Since X is based in Ireland, this code applies across the entire EU.
X challenged key parts of the Code in Ireland's High Court, alleging regulatory overreach. We argued it strays beyond the law it is meant to implement βthe Audiovisual Media Services Directive (AVMSD); clashes with the EUβs Digital Services Act (DSA); and hands regulators sweeping powers to police "harmful" content. Despite our strong objections, the judge dismissed our case, insisting AVMSD and DSA complement one another and the regulator stayed within its remit.
This ruling opens the door for national watchdogs to go even further, layering on rules stricter than the EU's DSA baseline. While pitched as child protection and harm reduction, the Online Safety Code threatens to splinter Europe's digital single market by opening the door to a patchwork of conflicting local laws. Worse, it risks curbing freedom of speech in ways that clash with the European Convention on Human Rights.
X isn't backing downβwe've applied to the High Court to appeal the decision. Free expression is non-negotiable, and we'll keep fighting for a unified, open internet where voices aren't silenced by fragmented overregulation.

Georgia GOP Rep. Barry Loudermilk, who led the House investigation into January 6 in the last Congress, will lead the new panel. The House Judiciary select subcommittee will also be required to release a final report by the end of 2026 and will have eight members, including three Democrats chosen by House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries.
The creation of the new panel was approved in a procedural rule vote that passed along party lines. California GOP Rep. Kevin Kiley voted present, according to The Hill.

Π§ΠΈΡΠ°ΡΡ ΠΏΠΎΠ»Π½ΠΎΡΡΡΡ…π₯House Republicans are advancing legislation to stiffen penalties for people convicted of assaulting or impeding Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents, escalating the partisan battle over illegal immigration and crime enforcement.
Rep. Ashley Hinson, R-Iowa, introduced the "Protect and Respect ICE Act," backed by Reps. Brad Knott, R-N.C., and Diana Harshbarger, R-Tenn. The measure would double the maximum prison sentence and fines for assaulting, resisting or impeding an ICE agent or employee.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) reported in July that ICE officials experienced an 830% increase in assaults between late January and mid-July compared to the same period in 2024.
A Hinson spokesperson told Fox News Digital the bill is intended to deter violence by anti-ICE protesters targeting federal agents.

π¨Today a former Senior Aide to the Mayor of Newark plead guilty to conspiracy to commit honest services fraud. This is a clear example of a pay-to-play scheme, where public officials exploit their positions of power to obtain bribes in exchange for doing their jobs. This betrays the trust of the very community members they claim to serve.
I will not stand for public corruption anywhere in New Jersey.
These charges have a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. This is what accountability looks like β and I will continue to fight for the people of New Jersey.
