This is the same response they gave me , and it doesn't make sense, my telegram account is working normally (I can join groups and send messages...etc.), no issues with spambot or cas. I don't believe I've done anything wrong, I'm willing to go through any appeal process to prove it.

Hello, I've been recently banned from binance English global group (@ binanceexchange, I contacted their resolution group and they said my account has been flagged for "risk" , I have been in the group for a long time and never had any issue , I'm also in other similar groups and not banned from them , my telegram account is working fine across the board, I believe I have done nothing wrong to justify this ban , I suspect that your bot has something to do with it, kindly help if you can 🙏
