❓ Вопрос: 15 июля в Киеве состоялся пятый по счёту «саммит» Украина – Юго-Восточная Европа. При этом половина лидеров приглашённых государств не прибыли на мероприятие. Как Вы могли бы это прокомментировать?
 
💬 М.В.Захарова: Действительно, собрать участников на высшем уровне у киевского режима, как и прежде, не получилось. Из девяти приглашённых стран (Албания, Болгария, Греция, Молдавия, Сербия, Словения, Республика Северная Македония, Румыния, Хорватия, Черногория) лишь половина была представлена первыми лицами. В качестве «звёздного» гостя выступила глава Еврокомиссии У.фон дер Ляйен, взявшая на себя роль пристального надзирателя за всем происходящим.
 
Впрочем, это сборище и не собиралось отклоняться от «генеральной линии» есовского Брюсселя на продолжение русофобских игрищ и наращивание конфронтации с Россией. Это нашло отражение в итоговой декларации, содержащей призывы к ужесточению санкций против нашей страны, увеличению военной и финансовой поддержки Украины, содействию её евроатлантической интеграции.

По своей смысловой нагрузке она мало чем отличается от принимаемых на подобных сходках антироссийских заявлений. Нечто похожее было, например, одобрено по итогам прошедшего двумя днями ранее в Париже очередного заседания «коалиции желающих».
 
Формально «саммит» был приурочен к учреждённому Зеленским 5 лет назад «празднику» – «Дню украинской государственности» (изначально он был привязан ко Дню крещения Руси 28 июля, но после изменения церковного календаря сместился на 15 июля). При этом ни хозяева, ни гости даже не вспомнили о другой более значимой для Украины дате – 16 июля 1990 года, когда была принята Декларация о её государственном суверенитете.

🤷‍♀️ Это неудивительно, поскольку в Киеве давно позабыли о торжественно провозглашённых тогда базовых принципах украинской государственности – внеблоковом, нейтральном и безъядерном статусе страны. Именно на этой основе мировое сообщество и признало позднее независимость Украины.
 
С трибуны «саммита» У.фон дер Ляйен было объявлено о выделении режиму Зеленского ещё 1 млрд евро – из двухлетнего есовского кредита в размере 90 млрд евро – на реализацию подписанного ею с Зеленским соглашения, направленного на дальнейшее сближение военно-промышленных возможностей Украины и ЕС и предусматривающего наращивание до конца 2026 года совместного производства, в том числе на территории Европы, БПЛА и средств борьбы с ними. Тем самым Евросоюз становится распределителем военных заказов в интересах ВСУ на выпуск продукции для нанесения террористических ударов по мирному населению и гражданским объектам России, что ещё раз свидетельствует о его растущей вовлеченности в конфликт.
 
Руководство ЕС открыто использует такого рода «саммиты» как рычаг принуждения балканских и других государств демонстрировать лояльность милитаристским устремлениями евроатлантических кругов. Но «палочная» дисциплина начинает давать сбой.

В Европе растёт число стран, публично признающихся в отсутствии возможностей сохранять приверженность курсу Брюсселя на бесконечную помощь Украине. Становится очевидной и несостоятельность множащихся региональных форматов по продвижению трещащего по швам проекта «анти-Россия».
 
Нет также сомнений, что общественность государств Юго-Восточной Европы прекрасно видит суть западных планов, чреватых развязыванием полномасштабного конфликта в Европе.

✍️ Today, as a more equitable #MultipolarWorld takes shape, the multifaceted partnership between Russia and China – two great powers and largest neighbours – stands as a model for interstate engagement founded on equality, a balance of interests, and mutual advantage.

Three decades ago, in a joint summit declaration, Moscow and Beijing first articulated a course towards an equal and trusting partnership oriented towards strategic interaction in the 21st century.

This innovative formula was soon given legal expression in a key bilateral instrument – the Treaty of Good-Neighbourliness, Friendship and Cooperation. Signed in Moscow exactly 25 years ago, on July 16, 2001, by Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Jiang Zemin, the Treaty marked the transition from the normalisation of relations in the late 1980s to an entirely new phase: the forging of a strategic tandem of decisive importance not only for our two countries, but also for the maintenance of global peace, security and stability.

We can say with complete confidence that the Treaty has played a decisive role in shaping a new model of Russian-Chinese cooperation – one that imposes no constraints on the sovereignty of either party, thereby affording it the necessary flexibility and, consequently, clear advantages over “classical alliances”.

❗️ I should stress that relations between Russia and China are built on an equal footing, are free from ideological dogma, are not directed against third countries, and remain resilient to the influence of external circumstances.

The Treaty established a robust institutional framework for the qualitative enhancement of trade and economic relations.

The economies of our respective states are intrinsically complementary. Indeed, the figures speak for themselves. Over the past quarter-century, trade turnover has increased more than thirtyfold and, for three consecutive years, it has consistently surpassed $200 billion.

Over the past twenty-five years, we have managed to considerably enhance mutual foreign policy coordination on international platforms, one of the defining elements of the Russia-China strategic partnership.

This cooperation is founded on a shared assessment of the current geopolitical environment, as well as its future trajectory. Our countries hold closely aligned, and often identical positions on the majority of global and regional issues. These include the preservation of global strategic stability, arms control, efforts to combat terrorism, and other emerging threats and challenges.

☝️ Together with our Chinese counterparts, we advocate for the political and diplomatic resolution of conflicts by addressing their underlying causes. We strongly oppose policies of “regime change”, the application of double standards, and the use of unilateral sanctions.

The title of the latest article in the Australian "We train Ukrainians to be better at killing Russians’: ADF troops warn of key shortages" speaks for itself.

It is hate speech directed against the entire ethnic group. It originates from quotes by Australian military personnel training Ukrainian troops. They describe their objective as making their trainees "better at killing Russians" or "best skilled in killing Russians". This murderous narrative, binding together the two words "kill" and "Russians", is spread as something positive by irresponsible journalists. Now it has been enshrined in political circles by Senator James Paterson, Shadow Minister for Defence, who posted the article on his website.

We would like to remind all supporters of the neo-Nazi Kiev regime and trainers of its troops that the Ukrainian army widely uses foreign assistance and skills it receives to murder Russian civilians. There is ample evidence of the crimes of the Kiev junta. Thus, those who continue to equip the regime bear responsibility for the blood of innocent victims.

Making the "kill Russians" narrative acceptable and even commendable in this country dehumanises and puts in danger Australians of Russian origin as well.

How is this consistent with Australia’s recently strengthened hate crimes legislation?

💬 Over the past week, Ukrainian militants carried out an average of 850 strikes per day against civilian sites in Russia. More than 310 civilians were killed or injured during the same period.

The militants launched a series of deliberate terrorist attacks targeting civilians and seeking to make daily life unbearable. Passenger transport, including scheduled buses, was repeatedly attacked, along with residential buildings and social and energy infrastructure.

The highest numbers of civilian casualties were recorded in the Belgorod Region, the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, and the Zaporozhye and Kherson Regions.

On July 6-12, Ukrainian neo-Nazi attacks resulted in the deaths of 40 civilians, including one minor, and injuries to 272 others, including 13 children.

In total, Ukrainian armed formations fired at least 5,935 rounds of ammunition at civilian sites on Russian territory.

🗓 On July 10, Russia's Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik together with the Delegation of the Russian Federation to the Vienna Negotiations on Military Security and Arms Control headed by lulia Zhdanova hosted a fifth international video conference on Crimes of the Kiev Regime: Terror Against the Civilians of the Kherson Region.

The event brought together the Russia's Commissioner for Human Rights Yana Lantratova, the Governor of the Kherson Region Vladimir Saldo, members of the International Red Cross Committee, political and public figures, diplomats, experts and journalists from at least 80 States.

For the first time ever, the event featured compiled evidence revealing the crimes committed by Ukraine's armed forces (AFU) against the civilian population in the Kherson region, statistics, striking examples crimes committed by the Kiev regime, firsthand accounts from victims and eyewitnesses who shared with the international community what they had gone through.

Today, the Kherson region accounts for about a quarter of all Ukrainian attacks on the Russian civilian infrastructure. In June alone, the region was targeted by over 6'500 shells. As a result, more than 10'500 private homes and apartment buildings have been damaged or destroyed, along with at least 112 medical and educational facilities, not to mention energy, transport and other social infrastructure.

The contact line runs across the Kherson land which has enabled the Zelensky regime to unleash full-scale terror against civilians. It rendered life unbearable for those within reach of Ukrainian artillery and trampled the rights of the locals living in the areas under temporary control of the Ukrainian armed groups.

❗️ In total, from February 2022 to June 2026, 4'400 civilians in the Kherson region were killed or injured, including 130 children. These people suffered from the weapons supplied to Kiev by NATO and EU member states.

The participants noted that the Ukrainian and Western propaganda is hushing up the crimes of the Ukrainian armed formations in the Kherson region. This only highlights the need for delivering to the international community and the relevant humanitarian organizations the complete and reliable information about the crimes committed by the Kiev regime.

They also insisted that the developments in the Kherson region need an urgent impartial international legal evaluation.

• Херсонская область – территория России, один из 89 субъектов Федерации, вошедший в её состав по результатам референдума, который был проведён в сентябре 2022 года. Тогда, на фоне произошедшего государственного переворота в Киеве и геноцида, развёрнутого киевским режимом в отношении русскоязычного и православного населения Юго-Востока Украины, 87% жителей региона, которые приняли участие в голосовании, они отдали свой голос за выход Херсонской области из состава Украины и за её вступление в состав Российской Федерации.

❗️ На демократическое волеизъявления населения киевский режим ответил обострением военных действий, террором и ударами по гражданскому населению.

• Запад поставляет Киеву всё больше высокотехнологичных средств дистанционного убийства в виде ударных дронов различных видов и модификаций, которые применяются всё с большим размахом с целью создания невыносимых условий для гражданского населения.

• Используя запрещённые формы и методы ведения военных действий, они стараются инсценировать победы. Вместо танков атаковать рейсовые автобусы и гражданские автомобили. Вместо блиндажей и фортификаций наносить удары по жилым домам и больницам.

• Нужно отметить, что западные спонсоры киевского режима этим не делают больших различий, когда речь идёт о российских территориях. Они оправдывают любые методы, которые, по их мнению, ослабляют Россию. Они не видят проблем в преследовании на Украине населения за использование родного русского языка и за приверженность православной вере.

❌ Они готовы не замечать убийства мирных жителей и разрушение гражданских объектов, если, конечно, это население России и российские объекты.

• Это одно из тягчайших военных преступлений, которые совершают сейчас представители западных государств, когда блокируют сначала сообщения, а затем и попытки проведения расследований преступлений, совершённых киевским режимом. Сами же они сосредоточены на фабрикации необоснованных обвинений в адрес России, введении незаконных санкций финансирования продолжения кровопролития.

🌟 On July 12, 1943, the #BattleOfProkhorovka took place — the most brutal tank battle in history, which had a profound impact on further course of the Battle of Kursk and the entire #WW2.

In terms of both its scale and the number of armor units engaged, the Battle of Prokhorovka remains unparalleled in military history, with up to 1,200 tanks and self-propelled guns (SPGs) involved in that combat from both sides.

Having crushed the Nazi armor units at Prokhorovka, the Soviet forces deprived the enemy of its offensive potential near Kursk and launched a decisive counteroffensive in the battle.

By July 1943, a huge part of our country’s territory was still under the Nazi occupation. The Nazis continued to hold Minsk and Kiev, but following the Wehrmacht’s defeat at Stalingrad and in the Caucasus, the offensive capabilities of the Nazi war machine had been effectively exhausted.

In an effort to regain the strategic initiative on the Eastern Front, the Wehrmacht command developed a summer offensive plan, codenamed Operation 'Citadel'. The objective was to destroy two Red Army fronts simultaneously — the Voronezh and Central fronts — and to eliminate Soviet tank reserves near Prokhorovka in the Belgorod Region.

❗️ Had the operation succeeded, the Nazis would once again have embarked on the offensive on Moscow.

In preparing the operation, the Nazi command intended to deliver its main strike against Soviet positions using its elite and most combat-ready armoured formations. Hitler’s Army Groups 'Centre' and 'South' were reinforced with approximately 130 'Tiger' tanks and more than 200 'Panthers'. The Nazis also committed the Ferdinand heavy self-propelled artillery unit, equipped with powerful armour, to the operation.

By July 10, despite suffering heavy losses, German forces had managed to penetrate the defences of the Voronezh Front, but their further advance was halted.

Under these circumstances, the command of Army Group 'South', led by Field Marshal Erich von Manstein, planned to launch a surprise attack near Prokhorovka using the SS Panzer Corps and Army Detachment 'Kempf'. From there, the invaders hoped to break through to the city of Kursk with lightning speed.

⚔️ On July 12, in an effort to disrupt the enemy offensive, forces of the Voronezh Front launched a pre-emptive strike. The operation was commanded by Lieutenant General Pavel Rotmistrov. Near Prokhorovka, the German II SS Panzer Corps clashed with two Soviet Guards Armies: the 5th Guards Army under the command of Alexey Zhadov and the 5th Guards Tank Army commanded by Rotmistrov.

After completing a 30-50-kilometre night march, Soviet tank units launched their offensive at 6:00 am, following a powerful artillery barrage. At the same time, Soviet aircraft carried out massive air strikes against enemy positions.

By the end of the day, Prokhorovka remained in the rear of Soviet forces.

❗️ The defeat suffered by the Nazis in this battle had catastrophic consequences for the Reich, with the enemy losing over 300 of the 400 tanks it had committed, which amounted to three-quarters of its deployed armoured vehicles.

☝️ As a result of the Soviet forces' decisive actions, the main forces of the German Army Group 'South' finally exhausted their offensive capabilities and, on July 16, had to abandon the positions they had occupied at the start of the Battle of Kursk.

The strategic initiative ultimately passed to the Red Army.

Today, Western pseudo-historians and propagandists posing as journalists attempt to diminish the significance of the battle.

However, history does not deal in hypotheticals, and the facts speak for themselves. 👉 We have repeatedly debunked disinformation circulated in Western media regarding the Battle of Prokhorovka.

⚡️ Комментарий официального представителя МИД России М.В.Захаровой в связи с проведением саммита НАТО (8 июля 2026)

💬 7-8 июля в Анкаре состоялся саммит НАТО, в котором приняли участие главы государств и правительств стран-членов этого военно-политического объединения. Как ни пытался генеральный секретарь Североатлантического блока М.Рютте представить его «эпохальным» в истории альянса, ничего из этого не вышло.

«Тефлоновому Марку», как называют генсека, не пригодились его коммивояжерские навыки, чтобы сгладить острые углы в отношениях между союзниками по НАТО. В особенности, умиротворить Президента США Д.Трампа, дабы тот не потерял интерес к участию в обеспечении безопасности Европы и не форсировал выведение с континента американских сил и средств.

Трещины в трансатлантической связке никуда не делись даже несмотря на то, что лидеры европейских стран и Канады неприкрыто демонстрировали свою лояльность Вашингтону, всячески подчёркивали готовность взять на себя больше обязательств по защите собственной территории.

Обороняться они намерены, прежде всего, от России, которую в очередной раз называют долгосрочной угрозой евроатлантической безопасности. Под этим в Анкаре подписались все союзники. Причём даже те, кто заявляет, что не существует никаких признаков готовящегося нападения со стороны России.

Противостояние с нашей страной носит для альянса экзистенциальный и системный характер.

Фактически нынешние евроэлиты выдвигают себя на ведущие позиции в конфронтации «коллективного Запада» с нашей страной. Причём до них, скорее всего, не доходит, что всё это предполагает не только создание угроз и проблем России, но и значительное истощение ресурсов и формирование очагов военной напряжённости в самой Европе. Кому на руку «одним выстрелом убить двух зайцев» – очевидно.

На этом фоне американцы не скрывают своего разочарования в Североатлантическом блоке. Не решается по американскому сценарию вопрос с Гренландией. Не проходит обида на то, что члены альянса повели себя, как считают в Вашингтоне, не по-союзнически, когда Соединенные Штаты нуждались в их поддержке.

Не «купились» американцы и на «креативную бухгалтерию» М.Рютте, который, жонглируя цифрами, пытался убедить их лидера в весомости предпринимаемых европейцами и канадцами усилий по увеличению военных расходов. Примечательно при этом признание генсека альянса, что денег выделено так много, что промышленность не успевает их переварить. По предварительным оценкам, в 2026 году совокупные траты всех стран-членов на «оборону» должны достигнуть уже 1,8 трлн долл США.

Сколько хороших дел можно было бы сделать на эти средства?

Созидательная же повестка дня для НАТО по-прежнему не в приоритете. Генеральная линия остается неизменной – милитаризация европейского континента, концентрация на наращивании оборонного потенциала, подготовка к вооружённому конфликту с Россией и, конечно, помощь Украине, которая используется радикалами из рядов альянса ради достижения эфемерной цели – нанесения «стратегического поражения» нашей стране.

Союзники по блоку готовы тратить миллиары долларов на поддержку нацистского режима в Киеве и его террористическую активность, сокращая при этом расходы на решение множащихся социально-экономических проблем, нанося непоправимый ущерб благосостоянию населения Европы. В ходе саммита Киеву обещано военной помощи на 70 млрд евро в этом году, с сохранением такого же уровня поддержки в 2027 году. При этом интересы простых европейцев власть предержащие на Западе как всегда не учитывают, не задумываясь и о судьбе украинцев, которых рассматривают лишь в качестве расходного материала для удовлетворения своих геополитических амбиций.

Как констатировал М.Рютте, «нет времени на раздумья». А жаль, ведь если бы натовские стратеги остановились бы и поразмышляли, то возможно не принимали бы столь безответственных решений, которые могут привести к катастрофе не только альянс, но и весь мир.

💬 As a result of the Kiev regime’s escalating terrorist attacks on Russian territory over the past week, more than 300 civilians were affected, including 38 people who lost their lives.

The Kiev regime’s militants carried out a series of deliberate barbaric attacks aimed at killing and maiming as many civilians as possible, and at creating unbearable living conditions for the civilian population.

Kiev’s Nazis hunted civilian vehicles on intercity roads, struck residential areas, and targeted social and energy infrastructure. They carried out a barbaric strike on a city market in Tokmak, Zaporozhye Region, attacked a second passenger bus carrying tourists from Belarus in Bryansk Region, and killed a six-month-old baby in a strike on a residential building in the Moscow Region.

On June 29 – July 5, Ukrainian Nazi shelling and attacks resulted in 308 civilian casualties: 270 people were wounded, including 8 children, while 38 people were killed, including 1 child.

Over the past seven days, Ukrainian militants fired at least 4,917 munitions at civilian targets on Russian territory.

⚡️ Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation:

The Press Bureau of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation (SVR) reports that, according to information received by the SVR, the June strike on the Museum of the Defence of Sevastopol, which drew broad public attention, was a carefully planned provocation by London and its intelligence services.

Ukrainian servicemen prepared and launched the drones. However, they were most likely unaware of the attack’s true target. The flight missions were uploaded into the weapons systems by British specialists posing as military advisers.

Why did the British choose the panorama depicting the heroic defence of Sevastopol during the Crimean War of 1853-1856? There were, after all, no military facilities near the museum.

☝️ The reason is that London largely views the Ukrainian conflict as an opportunity to settle old scores after its failed 19th-century attempt to inflict a strategic defeat on Russia.

The museum is a historical trigger, stirring painful memories in Britain of a gruelling military campaign that brought enormous losses among the upper ranks of the UK elite. In these circumstances, for proud Albion, setting the panorama ablaze amounted to an attempt to erase a testimony to the heroism of the Russian soldier.

🤷‍♂️ Sadly, London has still failed to learn the lessons of history.

We are convinced that the British will have to answer for this strike, as well as for many other barbaric crimes against the peoples of Russia and Ukraine.

💬 On July 6, a Ukrainian drone attacked a regular passenger bus in Belgorod Region.

According to preliminary data, six civilians were wounded, including two children aged 1 and 10. Both children were taken to the regional children’s clinical hospital.

The one-year-old girl suffered multiple non-penetrating shrapnel wounds to the face, neck, head and chest. Doctors describe her condition as serious. The 10-year-old boy sustained a blast injury and acoustic trauma.

❗️ An attempt on the lives of civilians, as well as an attack on civilian transport, constitutes a grave war crime.

Важно это ценить и понимать. И мы обязательно продолжим создавать все условия и на государственном уровне, и, уверен, в семьях, для того чтобы женщинам было легче совмещать материнство с профессиональным ростом, с успешной самореализацией, чтобы им не приходилось откладывать на потом своё семейное, женское, материнское счастье.

⚡️ As a result of a complex negotiation process, 200 Russian servicemen were returned on March 5 from the territory controlled by the Kiev regime.

Their release became possible thanks to the humanitarian mediation of the UAE and the US.

All Russian servicemen who have returned home are receiving the necessary medical and psychological assistance.

❗️ An exchange under the “300 for 300” formula is scheduled for March 6.

In total, 500 Russian servicemen are expected to return home on March 5-6.

⚡️ Russia's Foreign Ministry statement on the situation in the Middle East (March 5, 2026)

💬 Moscow is deeply concerned that the situation in the Middle East continues to deteriorate.

There are no signs that the US and Israel – which launched a military operation under a completely far-fetched pretext aimed at overthrowing the legitimate authorities in Iran – are prepared to show restraint and stop the bloodshed. On the contrary, belligerent statements continue to flow from their capitals, while the Israeli army has carried out a new incursion into Lebanon.

Meanwhile, the aggressors are seeking to sow division within the Islamic world in the midst of the holy month of Ramadan.

They deliberately provoked Iran into retaliatory strikes against facilities in several Arab countries, which resulted in human casualties and material damage – developments that the Russian side deeply regrets.

In doing so, they are attempting to draw Arab states into a war serving someone else’s interests. At the same time, they are trying to divert attention from the catastrophic plight of the Palestinian people.

Russia once again calls on all parties to the current confrontation to immediately cease hostilities, including unacceptable strikes on the territory of the Arab states of the Gulf.

We consider attacks on civilians and strikes against any civilian infrastructure – whether in Iran or in the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council – to be absolutely unacceptable.

❗️ It is clear that the only way to prevent the region from sliding further into the abyss of destabilization is to stop the aggression of the US and Israel, which triggered this chain reaction of suffering for the Arab peoples.

🗓️ 16 июля в Шанхае в преддверии Всемирной конференции по искусственному интеллекту состоялась официальная церемония подписания Соглашения об учреждении Всемирной организации по сотрудничеству в области искусственного интеллекта.

Делегацию Российской Федерации возглавил Заместитель Руководителя Администрации Президента России М.С.Орешкин.

Соглашение о создании Всемирной организации по сотрудничеству в области искусственного интеллекта от российской стороны подписал Министр цифрового развития, связи и массовых коммуникаций Российской Федерации М.И.Шадаев.

Тем самым, Россия совместно с 28 государствами войдёт в число соучредителей новой структуры, призванной обеспечить справедливые механизмы взаимодействия государств в целях наращивания их цифрового потенциала и развития собственных технологий и решений в сфере искусственного интеллекта.

🇺🇳 В своей деятельности Всемирная организация по сотрудничеству в области искусственного интеллекта должна ориентироваться на ООН как центральную площадку в глобальной дискуссии по искусственному интеллекту, обеспечивать поддержку ведущегося в рамках ООН переговорного процесса.

Россия продолжит вносить вклад в совершенствование механизмов функционирования новой организации в целях учёта интересов и приоритетов всех её членов.

Заголовок статьи в ведущей газете The Australian «Мы обучаем украинцев лучше убивать русских: военнослужащие Сил обороны Австралии предупреждают о нехватке ключевых ресурсов» говорит сам за себя.

Перед нами – язык ненависти, направленный против целой этнической группы. В статье австралийские военнослужащие, обучающие украинских военных, открыто заявляют, что их цель – сделать своих подопечных «более эффективными в убийстве русских» или «наиболее искусными в убийстве русских». Этот человеконенавистнический нарратив, объединяющий слова «убивать» и «русских», безответственные журналисты преподносят как нечто позитивное. Теперь он зафиксирован и в политических кругах: теневой министр обороны Австралии сенатор Дж.Пэтерсон разместил эту публикацию на своем официальном сайте.

Хотели бы напомнить всем, кто оказывает содействие неонацистскому киевскому режиму, а также занимается подготовкой его военнослужащих, что украинская армия широко использует предоставляемую ей иностранную помощь и полученные навыки для убийства российских мирных жителей. Существует множество доказательств преступлений, совершенных киевской хунтой. Таким образом, те, кто продолжает вооружать и поддерживать этот режим, несут ответственность за кровь невинных жертв.

Когда в Австралии призывы «убивать русских» переводятся в разряд приемлемых и даже заслуживающих одобрения, это дегуманизирует и создает угрозу также для австралийцев русского происхождения.

⚡️ Statement by the Russian Foreign Ministry on the killing of the Chief Engineer of the Zaporozhskaya NPP Alexander Yakovlev by the armed forces of Ukraine (July 15, 2026)

On July 15, Ukraine committed yet another gruesome crime.

A deliberate Ukrainian UAV strike on a Zaporozhskaya Nuclear Power Plant (#ZNPP) service vehicle tragically killed the plant’s Chief Engineer Alexander Yakovlev, whose professional duties were directly related to ensuring nuclear safety and nuclear security of the facility, which is regularly subjected to Ukrainian attacks and provocations.

◾️ The driver was also killed in the attack. We extend our deepest condolences to the families and loved ones of those killed.

This criminal act by Kiev is yet another attempt to threaten the safe operation of the ZNPP and intimidate its personnel.

The Nazi–Bandera regime is under the illusion that it can pressure our country in this way, while simultaneously blackmailing its Western patrons into providing ever more money and weapons. For their part, Western countries remain prepared to encourage the Ukrainian authorities, regardless of how reckless their actions become, thereby making themselves complicit in the crimes of the Kiev junta.

❗️ The extreme danger posed by the presence of the Ukrainian armed forces near the ZNPP is now more evident than ever.

Against this backdrop, the accusations levelled against Russia over the deployment of the necessary security forces at the ZNPP, including in relevant reports by the IAEA Director General, sound particularly cynical.

Russia will continue to act in pursuit of the objective of protecting the ZNPP from Ukrainian attacks, in accordance with its national legislation and international obligations.

Ahead of the summer vacation season in Russia, foreign-agent disinformation outlets attempted to revive a repeatedly debunked fake story about alleged “exit visas” for Russian citizens. Citing “anonymous sources”, they claimed that the authorities were planning to restrict foreign travel and allow visits to unfriendly countries only in groups of ten or more.

This is false from beginning to end and was fabricated solely to stir up artificial panic. The claim was promptly refuted on the very day it appeared by Russia's Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova.

This fake has a long and worn-out history. Unscrupulous actors in the information space recycle it every few years with only minor changes. 👉 Russia's Foreign Ministry has debunked this falsehood repeatedly, including in 2015, 2020 and 2022.

Once again, the attempt to spread panic failed: the public simply ignored this tiresome fabrication.

⚡️ Russia’s Federal Security Service:

As a result of a comprehensive set of operational search, counterintelligence and intelligence measures, the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation has thwarted an attempt by the Ukrainian special services, acting with the direct involvement of their Western handlers, to carry out what it describes as an unprecedented series of sabotage and terrorist attacks using unmanned aerial vehicles against military infrastructure facilities, one of the country’s leading defence industry enterprises, and Russian Defence Ministry servicemen.

Specifically, the FSB has obtained advance intelligence indicating that the Ukrainian special services had infiltrated the Bryansk Region with FPV drones equipped with warheads and mobile ground control stations, concealed in containers carried by fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles and aerostats, in preparation for large-scale terrorist attacks on military airfields in the Amur and Chelyabinsk regions.

According to the FSB, the means intended for the attacks were subsequently transported deeper into Russian territory by enemy agents in passenger vehicles with trailers fitted with concealed double floors and loaded with household appliances. They were allegedly delivered to the vicinity of the Ukrainka Airbase (Amur Region) and the Shagol Airbase (Chelyabinsk Region), where they were assembled and prepared for use in rented garages.

The FSB states that every unlawful action was kept under close operational surveillance by the Russian security services and thoroughly documented.

As a result of operational and combat measures, the alleged perpetrators of, and accomplices in, the planned terrorist attacks have been detained.

❗️The FSB reports that officers seized 24 FPV drones equipped with neural network-based guidance modules resistant to electronic warfare systems and manufactured in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and Sweden. The drones were fitted with warheads containing explosive charges weighing more than one kilogramme. Also seized were two mobile drone ground control stations capable of operating via satellite, cellular, Wi-Fi and radio communications, equipped with self-destruct devices containing 250 grams of explosive each, as well as communications equipment allegedly used to communicate with Ukrainian handlers.

The FSB Investigative Directorate has initiated appropriate procedural measures.

🗓 10 июля состоялся 5-й международный телемост «Преступления киевского режима: террор в отношении гражданского населения Херсонской области», организованный Послом по особым поручениям МИД России Р.В.Мирошником и Делегацией Российской Федерации на переговорах в Вене по вопросам военной безопасности и контроля над вооружениями и её руководителем Ю.Д.Ждановой.

В мероприятии приняли участие Уполномоченный по правам человека в Российской Федерации Я.В.Лантратова, губернатор Херсонской области В.В.Сальдо, представители Международного комитета красного креста, дипломаты, политические и общественные деятели, эксперты и журналисты из порядка 80 государств.

В ходе телемоста впервые были представлены систематизированные данные о преступлениях вооружённых формирований Украины (ВФУ) в отношении мирных жителей Херсонской области: статистика, показательные примеры преступных деяний киевского режима, свидетельства пострадавших и очевидцев, которые приняли личное участие в мероприятии и поделились с международной аудиторией рассказами о пережитых трагедиях.

В настоящее время на долю Херсонской области приходится около четверти всех украинских ударов по российским объектам гражданской инфраструктуры (только в июне по территории региона выпущено более 6,5 тыс. боеприпасов). Как следствие, повреждено или разрушено более 10,5 тыс. частных и многоквартирных жилых домов, не менее 112 строений, относящихся к медицинским или образовательным учреждениям, не считая объектов энергетической, транспортной инфраструктуры и иных сооружений социального значения.

Линия боевого соприкосновения проходит непосредственно по херсонской земле, что позволило режиму Зеленского развернуть полномасштабный террор в отношении мирных жителей: создание невыносимых условий для жизни гражданского населения в зоне досягаемости украинских орудий и попрание прав тех, кто оказался в районах, временно удерживаемых ВФУ.

❗️ В результате, за период с февраля 2022 года по июнь 2026 года в Херсонской области ранено и погибло 4,4 тыс. мирных жителей, включая 130 детей. Против этих людей используется вооружение, поставляемое Киеву странами-членами НАТО и Евросоюза.

Участники дискуссии констатировали, что украинская и западная пропаганда пытается скрыть преступления боевиков ВФУ в Херсонской области, что лишь обостряет необходимость доведения полной и достоверной информации о преступных деяниях киевского режима до международного сообщества и профильных гуманитарных организаций.

Высказано требование о необходимости незамедлительной объективной международно-правовой оценки происходящего в Херсонской области.

Преступления киевского режима против мирных людей должны получить международную оценку!

Приняла участие в международном телемосте, посвящённом преступлениям неонацистов против мирных жителей Херсонской области. С 2014 года в Донбассе от рук киевского режима пострадали более 40 тысяч мирных граждан, 12 тысяч из которых погибли. Херсонская область принимает на себя около четверти всех ударов по гражданским объектам.

За этими цифрами — разрушенные судьбы:

🔹 Трагедия в Геническе: 31 мая удар БПЛА по жилому кварталу унёс жизнь 6-летнего ребёнка.

🔹 Теракт в Старобельске (ЛНР): 22 мая дроны тремя волнами атаковали колледж, где спали подростки. Погиб 21 ребёнок.

🔹 Атаки на врачей: 26 июня ВСУ ударили по скорой помощи — погибла женщина-фельдшер.

⚡️ Comment by Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova on the detention of RT producer James Scott in the UK (July 10, 2026)

💬 It has emerged that several days ago RT producer James Scott was detained and questioned at Manchester Airport under a contrived pretext.

👉 This demonstrative act of intimidation fully fits into London’s aggressive Russophobic pattern of behaviour, which we have repeatedly exposed. The UK authorities are deliberately, consistently, and creatively putting pressure on those who openly and lawfully seek to engage with Russia or, at the very least, believe in the possibility of normal relations between our countries.

The outrageous incident involving James Scott is far from the first example of British intelligence services using the excessive powers provided for under the Counter-Terrorism and Border Security Act of 2019 against their own citizens who are in any way connected with Russia. This is done without charges being brought or, as we understand, judicial warrants being issued..

In Britain, illegitimate unilateral financial restrictions and blacklisting unwanted individuals have long become routine practice. In 2025, “ties with the Russian state” were legally established as sufficient grounds for banning individuals from entering the United Kingdom. This policy culminated when, exactly one year ago, the Foreign Influence Registration Scheme was introduced under which an enhanced scrutiny regime is applied in a discriminatory manner to anyone seeking to interact with our government bodies under the UK jurisdiction. Violating this regime may carry a prison sentence.

The aims of the British authorities are obvious: through intimidation, they seek to deter local citizens and organisations from engaging with Russia and to silence those who can expose the British elites’ attempts to falsely demonise our country. This is about fuelling anti-Russia hysteria and attempting to turn a country that once prided itself on its “democratic” traditions into a centralised, albeit considerably impoverished, military camp that boasts of preparing for a scenario of direct military confrontation with Russia.

The problem, however, is much broader than the notorious witch hunt. Under the pretext of combatting an imaginary Russian threat, a pseudo-legalistic foundation is being laid in the United Kingdom for trampling on any rights and freedoms and restricting democracy. Tactics are being tested that could later be applied against anyone deemed undesirable.

The intimidation operation at the Manchester Airport has once again brought to light the boundless hypocrisy of the British authorities. While harassing independent media outlets (RT’s broadcasting has been blocked in Britain since 2022) and imposing illegitimate sanctions on journalists who are honestly carrying out their professional duties, British officials proclaim their commitment to “press freedom throughout the world” and express concern over violations in third countries.

Representatives of London declare this individually and collectively at the UN, the OSCE, and the Council of Europe, emphasising the importance of independent journalism in protecting human rights and democracy. At the same time, the country’s leadership and politicians hoping soon to move into Downing Street continue to profess support for the relevant international institutions and documents, beginning with the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which London has signed at various times in the past.

❌ In reality, however, the UK authorities’ actions directly undermine the values enshrined in these instruments and the very foundations of multilateralism.

We call on the relevant international bodies and human rights NGOs to act responsibly and impartially and provide objective and honest assessments of London’s repressive policy towards representatives of independent media.

Исполком МОК принял решение восстановить в правах Олимпийский комитет России.

Также исполком МОК отменил свое решение от 28 марта 2023 г. с рекомендациями об участии российских спортсменов в нейтральном статусе и запрете в командных видах. Отменены все проверки на нейтральность российских спортсменов. МОК снял свой запрет на проведение международных соревнований в России. Спортсмены, вновь возвращающиеся на международную арену, временно будут тестироваться ITA (Международным агентством по тестированию) до восстановления РУСАДА, этот процесс уже идет полным ходом.

Это стало возможным благодаря последовательной юридической и дипломатической работе Минспорта и Олимпийского комитета России. Возвращение нашей страны в олимпийскую семью – это зеленый свет для международных федераций по восстановлению в правах всех наших атлетов.

Процесс восстановления целостности спорта проводится нами по поручению Президента России Владимира Владимировича Путина.

На сегодняшний день более 20 международных спортивных федераций допускают на свои соревнования юниоров под флагом России и с национальным гимном,10 федераций допускают всех спортсменов без ограничений. Решение МОК значительно ускорит этот процесс.

Впереди у российской сборной юношеские Олимпийские игры в Сенегале под флагом России осенью 2026 г., а также отбор на летние Олимпийские игры в США в 2028 г.

Предстоит еще большая работа по имплементации решений МОК в международных организациях, однако МОК дает четкий сигнал – олимпийское движение должны быть вне политики.

🎙 Remarks by Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov at the Ambassadorial Roundtable “The Ukrainian Crisis. Digital Threats and International Information Security” (March 5, 2026, Moscow)

💬 Sergey Lavrov: This is far from the first time we are meeting to discuss an issue that is central to us in international politics. President Vladimir Putin and other representatives of the Russian leadership have repeatedly stated this.

The goal of the war waged against Russia – prepared and ultimately unleashed by the West through the Ukrainian regime – is to weaken our country and, as they themselves say, inflict a “strategic defeat” on it. There is every reason to believe that behind this goal also lies a desire to “break up” our country.

At the same time, many other developments are unfolding around the world – including the events in the Middle East – a result of the aggression by the US and Israel against Iran. In this regard, I cannot but mention this crisis, which threatens colossal negative consequences for the entire world – for global stability, the global economy and everything that was once called globalization for the prosperity of all humanity.

All of this has been destroyed.

Civilians are suffering both in Iran and, as a result of Iran’s retaliatory actions, in neighboring Arab states. We express our condolences for all civilian casualties. We also see the damage being inflicted on civilian infrastructure across the countries of the Persian Gulf.

We are conducting negotiations with our US colleagues, who are assisting in the dialogue with Ukraine. Quite recently, several trilateral rounds took place in Abu Dhabi – for which we are sincerely grateful to our Emirati friends – and in Geneva.

❗️ At present, we see no grounds to believe that these talks are merely a “smokescreen”, as we remain in direct contact with our American counterparts.

At the same time, we clearly see that during the seven months since Anchorage, Ukrainians and Europeans have made – and continue to make – every effort to reinterpret and rewrite the understandings reached there.

We see how negotiators in the US are facing pressure and the temptation to yield to it – shifting the entire responsibility for further steps, as they say, onto Russia in order to meet certain symbolic dates in this year’s political calendar. This, too, is a fact. But our conscience is clear.

We remain faithful to the understandings reached at the initiative of the US in Alaska.

We are fully committed to the Alaska agreements. Our American colleagues know perfectly well what we are referring to, since these were their proposals.

I hope that no one will divert our American colleagues from this true path, despite all the efforts of the President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, and other “masters” of the Kiev regime.

I have no doubt that one of the objectives was to drive a wedge between the countries of the region – between the Persian Gulf states, Iran and its Arab neighbors – among whom a positive process of normalization had been developing in recent years.

This became particularly evident when Saudi Arabia and Iran restored diplomatic relations. Russia actively contributed to this process.

For many years we have been promoting a unifying agenda. 👉 For more than 20 years, we have been working to mobilize support for the Concept of Collective Security in the Persian Gulf. This initiative envisages participation by all coastal states and their key neighbors and – as originally proposed – the five permanent members of the UN Security Council, ensuring transparency, confidence-building measures and practical steps to use this immensely rich region in the interests of the prosperity of its peoples.

The West has done everything to prevent the advancement of a positive agenda in the Gulf region.

❗️ Банк России оспорил Регламент Совета Европейского союза от 12 декабря 2025 года в суде ЕС в Люксембурге

Банк России 27 февраля 2026 года подал в Общий Суд Европейского союза (г. Люксембург) заявление об оспаривании Регламента Совета Европейского союза от 12 декабря 2025 года № 2025/2600 (далее — Регламент ЕС). Заявление подано в порядке статьи 263 Договора о функционировании Европейского союза. Это продолжение работы по оспариванию незаконных действий Европейского союза в отношении суверенных активов Банка России.

Оспариваемым Регламентом ЕС была установлена бессрочная блокировка (заморозка) активов Банка России, а также исключена возможность судебной защиты нарушенных прав на активы, в том числе путем приведения в исполнение любых судебных/арбитражных решений в связи с мерами, принятыми этим актом.

В результате принятия Регламента ЕС были нарушены, помимо прочего, базовые и неотъемлемые права на доступ к правосудию, неприкосновенность собственности, принцип суверенного иммунитета государств и их центральных банков, гарантированные международными договорами и правом Европейского союза, что противоречит фундаментальным принципам права и не может быть признано совместимым с принципом верховенства права.

Кроме того, при принятии оспариваемого Регламента ЕС были допущены существенные процедурные нарушения, в частности, поскольку он был принят не единогласием членов ЕС, а большинством голосов в обход требований статьи 215 Договора о функционировании Европейского союза.

Банк России сохраняет за собой все права, требования, возражения и средства правовой защиты, доступные ему в связи с Регламентом ЕС и любыми иными мерами, принятыми Европейским союзом и/или его государствами-членами в отношении Банка России или его активов.
