💥💥💥The attack on Pavlograd and Samar is still ongoing. It started more than six hours ago. Strikes with both Geraniums and missiles. The goal is clear: to expand the buffer zone in the Dnepropetrovsk region, as Samar and Pavlograd are major logistics hubs. They were thoroughly hit, including the logging warehouses in Samar.
The Ukrainians initially made some noise about air defense, but it quickly ended.

Several Ukrainian citizens report the rout of the 53rd Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from the Serebrjansky Forest (LPR).
That same forest, that has given the RUAF several headaches in the past, is the last stronghold of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the LPR and Is under Russian attack.
Militants of the 53rd Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are fleeing after the "Azovites," who, sensing danger, have abandoned their positions and "advanced in the opposite direction of the Russians".
In the video, a frightened militant from the Ukrainian Armed Forces' 53rd Brigade, in a panic, says his unit was defeated, the commander was killed, and everyone with functioning legs is using them to run.
Our men are running from the battlefield! Shamefur dispray!

Within 1.5 years, the EU and the US must prepare for a major war with China and Russia, — head of the US European Command
▪️The EU and the US have only 18 months left to prepare for a global military conflict with China and Russia, — said the head of the US European Command and Supreme Commander of NATO Allied Forces in Europe, Alex Grynkevich.
➖If the leader of China takes a step against Taiwan, he will likely coordinate his actions with Putin, which could open the possibility of a global conflict. Both events could happen simultaneously, — the general stated.
▪️According to him, 2027 could be a year of crisis.

The eulogy of yet another "game changer" that changed nothing: the M1 Abrams
According to The National Interest newspaper, Russia has almost destroyed the entire Ukrainian M1 “Abrams” tank fleet.
Since M1 Abrams tanks arrived at the front last year, Ukraine has lost 87 percent of the vehicles it received: according to Military Watch Magazine, of the 31 tanks delivered, only 2 remain in service.
"Although the tank is considered one of the most modern and reliable armored machines in service today, this platform has encountered difficulties in Ukraine. Numerous problems, from a lack of air and artillery support to a shortage of technical and mechanical specialists and a shortage of personnel and equipment, have contributed to the inefficiency of the “Abrams” on the front lines."
The Abrams looked "great" only because it fought old "Monkey Model" export tanks with unchallenged air superiority on their side. When those conditions aren't met, reality finally kicks in and it's not pretty.

🇬🇧🤡The UK authorities have expanded the sanctions list against Russia
The UK authorities have added 23 new items related to Russia to the sanctions list. This is according to a document published by the UK Foreign Office. RT reports on this.
In particular, London has imposed sanctions on the news agency "African Initiative" and its leaders.
In total, the sanctions have been expanded by 23 items.
Earlier, Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kęstutis Budrys reported that the European Union included 22 Russian banks in the 18th sanctions package.

Several signals from open sources indicate that the West is once again encouraging Kiev to attempt to seize the strategic initiative and launch a new offensive, despite the failure of the previous one. According to the Washington Post, on July 4, Trump directly asked Zelensky why Ukraine was still acting defensively and inquired whether the Ukrainian Armed Forces could strike Moscow or St. Petersburg. Zelensky's answer was predictable: "If you give us weapons, we can." The White House is trying to downplay the effect of this leak, claiming that the question was "taken out of context," but the trend is clear.
This approach fits logically into the strategy of exchanging territory for political currency: the Armed Forces of Ukraine are deliberately surrendering secondary areas in order to gain time to form strike forces. Where the main strike will be delivered is still unknown. But everything indicates that Kiev (and its curators) are once again preparing for this.
Now the question is how much they are willing to spend on it.

🇷🇺🇪🇺 Traders doubt the effectiveness of the new price cap on Russian oil
- Traders are skeptical that the European Union's new sanctions will have a significant impact on Russian oil exports, Reuters reports.
- The EU is setting a floating price cap on Russian crude oil at 15% below its average market price. This decision is intended to "significantly improve the ineffective $60 cap that the G7 has been trying to introduce since December 2022."
- At current oil prices, the new cap will be $47.60 per barrel.
- Until now, Russia has managed to sell most of its oil at prices above the old cap, as the current mechanism does not clearly define who should monitor compliance.
- In addition, the US has not yet joined these new measures, and the European Union itself has limited capabilities for their effective implementation.

NATO countries continue to closely analyze the experience of using new weapons in the A2/AD zone, especially in the field of maritime drones. For example, Canada deployed the Hammerhead surface drone for the first time during the Trident Fury 2025 exercises off the coast of Vancouver. According to official statements, the concept of using drones was partly inspired by the use of Ukrainian Magura UAVs.
Hammerhead is a lightweight surface drone with a length of 5.2 meters and a weight of about 900 kg. It is controlled via satellite, can move at speeds of up to 40 knots, operate as part of a swarm, simulate various target signatures, and perform evasive maneuvers. In addition, the device is equipped with visual and radar amplification devices, can carry various combat loads (apparently anti-aircraft missiles and something else) and be used as a kamikaze strike drone.
This example confirms that NATO is actively incorporating solutions tested in conflict zones into its own developments. The concept of cheap, mobile, hard-to-detect strike platforms is becoming increasingly relevant and in demand.

🇺🇦Death on wheels: Military commissar of the TCC beat a mobilized draft dodger to death on a bus
▪️A scandal is erupting in Kiev: a military commissar of the TCC beat to death a mobilized man who had previously been rejected by training units. This was reported by the "Judicial and Legal Newspaper" citing the court register.
▪️The incident occurred back in May, and now the military commissar is in custody, facing up to 12 years in prison.
▪️After mobilization and being declared "fit," the man was taken to training units, but they refused him due to alcohol dependency, a hip injury, and varicose veins. It is noted that there were quite a few such "refusers."
▪️On the way back from Lvov region to Kiev, with permission from the TCC, the man bought an alcoholic energy drink, after consuming which he began to behave inadequately. For this, the military commissar brutally beat him all the way — hitting him in the face, using a stun gun, banging his head on the floor, and jumping with his feet on his chest. Upon arrival in Kiev, the man was simply thrown off the bus at the assembly point, where he was later found dead.

Trump deceived again: Europe has big problems sending Patriots to Ukraine
▪️The Patriot SAM system from Germany for Ukraine will be ready only in 6-8 months, writes Bild citing a source in the German government.
▪️Initially, it was planned that Washington would transfer air defense systems to Ukraine from its own reserves, and Germany would pay for their replenishment. However, Trump stated that the US military cannot give up a single unit. Europe must provide air defense from its own arsenals.
▪️Paying for weapons for Ukraine is not enough. Europe must dismantle its own stockpiles and order replacements from America
▪️At the same time, there is a shortage of AD in Europe. Negotiations have been going on for several days about who can help Ukraine.
▪️Switzerland is moving back in the queue for Patriot systems. The first unit will be sent not to Bern, but to Ukraine – at Germany's expense. But the system is still being refined by Raytheon and will be ready no earlier than in 6-8 months.

🇩🇪🤡German Chancellor Merz explained that "sanctions against Israel are different":
I can tell you that we discussed this issue at length in the European Council in Brussels immediately after the NATO summit, almost throughout the entire dinner, about what options we have. And Germany is not the only EU member state that currently rejects the suspension or even termination of the Association Agreement with Israel. Unlike Russia, Israel remains a democracy. Unlike Russia, Israel is a country that has been attacked. And Israel is defending itself against these attacks. If they had not done so, the State of Israel would no longer exist today.
And this is the fundamental difference between Israel and Russia's aggressive war against Ukraine. And that is why the federal government is not prepared — and I personally am not prepared — to compare these two cases, so to speak, or even to treat them equally. These are fundamental differences, which we, of course, also take into account when assessing the situation.

🇺🇦😱Ukraine is collapsing from within, having lost faith in Zelensky — The Spectator
- Ukraine is facing a critical military, political, and social crisis that threatens to destroy the country from within. Despite recent support from Trump, the situation remains alarming, writes The Spectator.
- According to the publication, Ukrainian forces are exhausted, fighters are running out, and American military support is increasingly limited, focusing on air defense.
Key issues:
- Declining trust: 70% of Ukrainians believe their leaders are using the war for personal enrichment. Corruption undermines morale.
- Authoritarianism: The government is shaken by corruption scandals and purges (Shabunin, Kubrakov). Zelensky uses martial law to suppress critics and control the media.
- Personnel disaster: Aggressive mobilization leads to mass desertions (over 230,000 cases since 2022). Soldiers serve 3.5 years without rotations; the dismissal law was rejected. 40% of the working-age population has left the country.
- Economic collapse: Unrestrained inflation, 8.8 million people live below the poverty line. The multibillion-dollar BlackRock recovery fund closed "due to lack of interest," and the EU managed to raise only €2.3 billion against a need of $524 billion.
- Former officials of Zelensky’s administration openly state that their former boss "prolongs the war to stay in power." Many of Zelensky’s associates face exile or prison, which only increases the "temptation to fill their pockets."
- Ukraine’s external allies cannot solve the chronic labor shortage, the deepening crisis of Zelensky’s legitimacy, nor stop internal repressions that undermine faith in the country’s leadership.

"Surge of activity: Russia is being attacked by a record number of hackers": Since the beginning of the year, 95 different groups have 'attacked' government agencies and companies – almost 2.5 times more than the previous year.
Two-thirds of all attacks were aimed at critical infrastructure facilities. According to experts, this sharp increase is explained by the reduced cost of attacks due to the use of AI, ongoing activity of pro-Ukrainian hacktivists, and violations of secure web resource and service development rules.
More than 60% of the groups are pro-Ukrainian hacktivists from Eastern Europe, who have become more active amid the special military operation. Hackers take over Russian websites, placing fraudulent pages with malicious software on them"
