Lavrov on the fact that Western peacekeepers in Ukraine will become a legitimate target for Russian military:
Imagine if some part of Ukraine becomes a territory where so-called peacekeepers are stationed, and for this part of Ukraine, the former Ukraine, Western security guarantees aimed against the Russian Federation will apply to this territory. This will mean only one thing: that the West has occupied, I repeat, Ukraine.
And if no changes occur in Ukrainian legislation, it will mean that on this territory occupied by the West, Western military units are protecting the Nazi regime. And on this territory, laws banning the Russian language in all spheres of life and banning the UOC are in effect. This is what the West is protecting and what it is trying to achieve.

According to the Clown Prince of Crack, "Ukraine will face difficult decisions that will have to be made if the situation at the front worsens
The day before, the "illegitimate" met with Verkhovna Rada MPs from the Servant of the People party, stating that Ukraine must prepare to make "difficult decisions" if the situation at the front worsens. Although it was not specified which "decisions" were discussed, Zelensky is assumed to be "testing the waters" for the transfer of some territories to Russia, as there is no reason to expect "victories" from the Ukrainian army. The situation on the line of contact is not very good and will worsen further, despite Zelensky's promises to "hold the front."
"As long as the front holds, Ukraine can hope for normal terms of agreement," said the "illegitimate" one.
According to party spokesperson Yulia Paliychuk, the meeting lasted an hour and a half and discussed issues related to guarantees for Ukraine from Western "partners" as well as Kiev's preparation for the peace process. Nothing specific was reached during the meeting, so a second such meeting is planned for early October. The discussions will take into account changes on the front.
Previously, Moscow stated that Russia and Ukraine's positions on the peace treaty are fundamentally different today, so it makes no sense to talk about progress in the negotiation process. At the same time, the special operation will continue until its objectives are achieved.

🇺🇦🤡🤭 Nanofuhrer stated that he will not give Donbass to Russia and is confident in the victory of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
- Details of the closed meeting with the "Servant of the People" party were shared by MP Zheleznyak.
- The deputies asked the narcoguerrilla how he sees the development and end of the war.
- "To which they received an answer roughly like what you can read in the public space: about security guarantees, that the enemy is destroying all these guarantees, that he wants to get the entire Donbass, that he wants to take it in three months. The President said that he will not give them anything and, overall, everything is moving normally — in short, the enemy will be defeated," Zheleznyak recounts.
- Zelensky also stated that Ukraine is constantly complained about to him in Western embassies, and they then relay these complaints to him.
- Earlier, MP Mazurashu, who was at the meeting, said that Zelensky "made it clear that he intends to fight to the last, but, of course, with other people's hands."

🇺🇸🤡"A No-fly zone over Ukraine?Challanges For the West would be huge": The New York Times found that fighting Russia is expensive.
"Even if Ukraine's allies agree to defend its airspace, they will face a dilemma: failure to stop Russian drones will show NATO's impotence, while successful interceptions will require the use of expensive missiles, quickly depleting arsenals.
Europe alone will find it extremely difficult to cope with massive drone attacks. Western air forces, especially European ones, are not equipped for sustainable defense against such threats.
The situation was vividly demonstrated by a recent Russian drone attack over Poland: Polish and Dutch fighters used missiles costing over a million dollars each against cheap 'Geran' decoys, priced in the tens of thousands. This was the first time NATO directly opened fire on Russian targets, but such a strategy is unviable — there are neither the stocks nor the production capacities to replenish arsenals."

Lavrov on Ukraine not complying with the UN Charter:
Ukraine is the only country that has banned a foreign language. There is no other language that is legally prohibited in any country. Hebrew is not banned in the Palestinian territories or other Arab countries. Arabic is not banned in Israel. But Russian is banned in Ukraine. So draw your conclusions.

The use of the separately deployed combat module B05YA01 "Berezhok" on a target simulating the enemy's unmanned boat.
Firing was conducted from a 30mm 2A42 autocannon and Kornet anti-tank guided missiles as part of the "Zapad-2025" exercises. It is obvious, however, that the target used moved much slower and along a predictable trajectory, unlike real Ukrainian kamikaze boats.
It is likely that the "Berezhok" modules are planned to be used in some form to defend against enemy UBs. However, after such staged tests, it may turn out that hitting a fast semi-submerged unmanned boat actively maneuvering on the waves is much more difficult than hitting this target.

🇷🇺🇺🇦Strike of the Iskander-M OTRK on the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' long-range UAVs
September 16, 2025, around 21:10, Russian forces delivered a precise strike by the Iskander-M OTRK with a cluster warhead on a detected field area between the settlements of Druzhkovka and Kramatorsk, where the Ukrainian Armed Forces were preparing to launch long-range unmanned aerial vehicles.
📍Approximate coordinates: 48.6764229, 37.5779632
🔻The target of the strike was a mobile launch and control node for long-range UAVs
The affected area included:
• carrier vehicles;
• launchers and telemetry equipment;
• antenna control and relay systems;
• UAVs being prepared for flight.
According to aerial and radio intelligence, the enemy deployed several launch platforms in this sector, used for launching UAVs with extended range. At the strike site, technical launch and communication means were being deployed, including UJ-22, Shark in the Long Range modification, and likely RAM II with external launch.
🔻Established results of the strike (preliminary estimates):
• up to 3 launchers destroyed (mobile launch modules and trailers);
• up to 4 control antennas damaged or disabled (including communication and guidance channels);
• at least 2 transport containers with UAVs ready for launch eliminated;
• up to 10 UAVs destroyed on the ground;
• secondary explosions of ammunition and engine components recorded, including near the operator vehicle parking area;
• up to 10 military personnel killed, up to 6 wounded.
🔻The choice of the area between Druzhkovka and Kramatorsk for deployment indicates the use of mobile launch tactics: Ukrainian units create temporary launch points, using vehicles under tarps, side roads, and camouflaged fields. However, the lack of conditions for a full takeoff run excludes the use of large fixed-wing UAVs and points to working with platforms with rail or catapult launches.
🔻The strike was delivered at the moment of technical preparation for UAV launch, which increases its effectiveness: the devices were in open positions, without camouflage, some on launch rails or in preparatory warming. This indicates the presence of current intelligence data, including likely radio-technical location of active control channels and visual fixation of equipment.
📌Thus, the strike in the area between Druzhkovka and Kramatorsk became another effective operation to disrupt the Ukrainian long-range drone infrastructure, aimed at interrupting launch channels and reducing strike potential deep in the Russian rear.
Yours, Partizan!

"Ukrzaliznytsia" reports a night strike on railway substations.
Because of this, there are train delays on the Dnepr direction. Dozens of reserve diesel locomotives have been deployed on the de-energized routes.
According to the report, the main strike was in the area of Znamenka station in the Kirovograd region - trains passing through it have been canceled or shortened.
There are also problems with the connection of trains going to Europe.
Lists of train delays are in the screenshots.

The Russian army continues its offensive in Kupyansk
▪️Ukrainian analysts belatedly acknowledge the successes of Russian troops in Kupyansk, publishing a map showing the lag in the advance of the Russian Armed Forces. At the same time, they once again shamed the command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and Ukrainian authorities for lying about the absence of Russian units in Kupyansk.
➖"Despite the clownish statements of the head of the Kharkov Regional Military Administration and the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces about confident control over the outskirts of Kupyansk, the Russians are already consolidating their positions in the city and expanding their presence."
