If you shortened one of the last names of your relative, you may try either of them separately.
It is always advised to use the use exact name on the identity document you provide however.

Thanks for sharing that. If you were able to complete KYC due to a glitch and your account was approved, it's possible the system might still flag or review your account later — especially if your country is currently unsupported.

So while your card may work now, there’s no official confirmation that you’ll be allowed to use it until expiration.

4-5 weeks ago I guess there was a glitch and I was able to pass KYC for restricted country as it allowed me to select country from the dropdown menu.
