Yes — a physical version of the Solayer Emerald Card is planned, but it hasn’t launched yet.
According to Solayer’s official documentation, the card is currently virtual, but a physical version will be made available in the future. This physical card will enable additional features like ATM withdrawals and in-store use.

Understandable. it is not currently possible.
If you shortened one of the last names of your relative, you may try either of them separately.
It is always advised to use the use exact name on the identity document you provide however.
