Toronto police said that between November 2022 and December 2023, a suspect was employed at a not-for-profit in Toronto and created fake vendor invoices and bills that were payable to bank accounts that he had access to. He stole over 700k.

One thing we do celebrate is Maxim Tesak, today our comrade would have turned 40 years. In 2020 he was killed by the Putin regime in a pre-trial detention centre in Chelyabinsk. Imprisoned for hunting pedofile and deviants around Russia, some with links to the Kremlin.
We remember his courage and aim for peace and understanding between Europeans, against chauvinism and for a better future together.

I came across this story by accident while researching BC place names. Arthur Bunster, one of the first MPs for British Columbia, a fiery Irishman, got into a brutal fistfight with Guillaume Cheval, his fellow Liberal MP from Quebec. I found this very tongue-in-cheek article about it titled “Canadian Manners,” published on April 16, 1878 in America. I thought it was hilarious 🤣.
There are people (many of you) who have been blowing the whistle on mass immigration, illegal and legal, for years. Been called racist, smeared by government watchdogs, while political commentary pundits have been busy propping up and hiding behind their favourite political party, unwilling to even acknowledge it.
It’s only been recently I’ve noticed, now that it’s become relatively mainstream, after so many of you took the shots and broke through the Overton window, now the topic is gaining momentum in the twittersphere.
These milquetoast gatekeepers are now coming out of the woodwork, finally talking about Canada changing demographically, because YOU were vocal.
You are the pioneers who led the way. You took the narrow path when no one else would.

For the first time since the scandal broke more than two years ago, Toronto Police Supt. Stacy Clarke spoke publicly about helping Black officers cheat on their promotional exam, owning that what she did was wrong and apologizing to police and her community for not taking the “right path.”
“I am deeply, deeply sorry that we’re here today,” Clarke told the disciplinary tribunal Wednesday.
In September 2023, the first Black female superintendent in the history of the Toronto Police Service pleaded guilty to seven counts under the Police Services Act. According to the agreed statement of facts, Clarke provided interview questions and answer rubrics to six candidates for sergeant who she was mentoring while she was a member of promotional interview panels in 2021.
