I hate men who say girls are weak , can you bleed for seven days straight and not die ?
According to a UNICEF study conducted in 2011:
Only 13% of girls in India are aware of menstruation before menarche.
60% of girls missed school on account of menstruation.
79% faces low confidence due to menstruation and 44% were embarrassed and humiliated over restrictions.
Thereby, Menstruation adversely impacts women's education, equality, maternal and child health.
More than 77% of menstruating girls and women in India use old cloth, which is often reused, ashes, newspapers, dried leaves and husk sand during periods.

Water is a common heritage, the value of which must be recognized by all. Everyone has the duty to use water carefully and economically.
Some methods to reduce water usage:
1. System of Rice Intensification (SRI) has been adopted by several farmers especially in Bihar and Andhra Pradesh.
2. zero-tillage, raised-bed by planting, precision farming and drip or sprinkler irrigation
3. Participatory Governance community ponds and recharge wells
4. Lessons can also be drawn from the work of Sankalpa Rural Development Society (SRDS) which has been training farmers of Karnataka on revival of defunct borewells.

Small Hands Can Handle A Pen Better.
India is at the 113th position out of 176 countries on an index that evaluates countries on the well being of children.
According to the National Census 2011, the total child population in India in the age group of 5-14 years is about 260 million. Of these, about 10 million (about 4%) of the total child population are child labourers working either as the main or marginal workers.
In the age group of 15-18 years, India has around 23 million working children. This means one in eleven children between the ages of five and eighteen years in the country are working.

Beginning Nutrition Education in early childhood is an important part of helping to ensure that children will achieve healthy lifestyles. What happens when food prices inflate is that we see real increases in malnutrition and under-nutrition. And when children are malnourished, their brain development actually slows down and is affected. The 2017, Global Hunger Index Report by IFPRI ranked INDIA 100th our of 118th countries with a serious hunger situation. The 2019 GHI report ranked India 102nd our of 117 with a serious issue of child wasting. At least one in five children under the age of five years in India are wasted.
PROBLEM OF MALNUTRITION: Change in SOCIO ECONOMIC STATUS, increase in REGIONAL DISPARITIES, changes in FEMALE inclusion.
Children are great imitators. So give them something great to imitate.
