Some further reflection on the Douglas Carswell crash out last night.

His entire career is built on 'free speech, liberty, limited government' etc.

He moved to the USA to maintain his freedom.

He made a quote along the lines of "river to the sea, make England Abdul free" which of course we have no issues with.

Likewise he will gleefully say what he likes about islam.

Yet ask him to even talk about jews/israel he immediately starts sounding like a blue haired hysterical leftist.

'Online words have real life consequences, we have to give no platform to hate' etc. etc.

When reaching out to him for an interview I made it clear I wanted to talk about the groyper issue and a simple search of our content would have revealed our political views.

Yet he didn't do that.

So when even given the slightest pushback the default position is to say that wasn't the premise they were invited on.

Carswell, like so many in the counter jihad, are literal prisoners.

Whether it is for financial benefit, fear of blackmail or outright fear for their safety we don't know.

A homosexual 'couple' from Swindon have been charged with making indecent images of children.

Harley Drew, 31, and Mitchell Thomas, 25, both of Burnet Close, Haydon Wick, have been charged with three counts of making indecent images of children, while Thomas has also been charged with possession of prohibited images of a child.

It is alleged that Drew made 156 Category A images - the most serious - between September 7, 2023 and April 7, 2025.
