SMITH: "There's several people that we all owe apologies to... but none more so than the apology that I owe to Kyrie Irving."
“This is not about him, the basketball player. This is about him, the man."
The reality is Kyrie Irving, no matter what we think, may have been MORE RIGHT than we have given him credit for and unquestionably was more vilified than he deserved."
“It turns out that, no matter what the truth is behind all of this, Kyrie Irving did NOBODY wrong. We did him wrong. I did him wrong."
"And for that, I’m sincerely sorry."
STEPHEN A. SMITH: “Early emails in Fauci's DIARY! The man kept the diary, ladies and gentlemen."
"Man, 85 years old. At the time, he was in his 80s... GROWN-ASS MAN in his 80s, keeping a diary."
"The diary also revealed a previously undisclosed medical episode. Fauci received a second Moderna vaccination on January 19, 2021. Yet, approximately five months later, after experiencing sudden chest pains, he had a CT scan... [Doctors diagnosed him with a] pulmonary infarction."
"Was the episode investigated as a possible vaccine-related event?"
“Was it reported through the government's vaccine safety system?"
"Why did the public learn about it only through his diary, but not himself, while he was TELLING EVERYBODY ELSE to take the vaccine and to take the booster shots?"

Body language expert Dr. G says Tony Fauci couldn't hide the tremendous amounts of discomfort he was feeling, no matter how still he sat.
Watch what Fauci does with his hands after Josh Hawley asks him if he got rich while Americans were dying.
HAWLEY: "It's because you did all kinds of terrible things. It's because during the pandemic, you got rich, didn't you?"
[Fauci closes off his body and slides his fingers under his sleeve]
DR. G: "First you saw him close off his body. Then you saw him put his fingers underneath his sleeve. Now this is almost as strange as this sounds, it's almost like a self hug. It's like embracing oneself. It's a way to give yourself security because of something that's come up that's made you feel particularly anxious."
HAWLEY: "You got rich while people were dying. Hundreds of thousands of Americans, over a million in the end. And you were getting rich."
DR. G: "You're seeing the blink rate pick up. The stress is picking up. So when Senator Hawley is going through this, this is actually more stress than we've seen throughout this hearing."
HAWLEY: "And not only were you doing that, you were using federal employees with taxpayer money to apply for and solicit cash prizes for you personally."
[Fauci looks down]
DR. G: "You see him look down. That is when people are starting to lose confidence. When they look down like that, that tends to suggest that they are feeling worse about the situation."

Jeffrey Tucker founded an institute devoted to studying the COVID lockdowns and mandates.
He just spent four days reading Fauci's personal diary.
He says nothing could have prepared him for the "cold terror" he felt trying to figure out what demonic force was possessing this man.
TUCKER: "I've spent four days reading that diary… It's a massive treatise, but it's utterly fascinating and introducing me to a side of Fauci... I just… no matter how many bad thoughts I've had about Fauci in the past, nothing could have prepared me for what I read in that diary."
"It's a little bit like if you read Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde and just take out the Dr. Jekyll part and just read the Mr. Hyde part. That's what it's like."
"2020 is disgusting enough, but 2021 is where it gets really evil."
"This is where you just can't… your disgust turns to something else. Actually, a kind of A terror. Cold heart. Cold terror. What is possessing this man? I mean, what demonic force has inhabited his spirit that would cause him to do this?"
"I've never seen anything quite like it. And there's nothing that could have prepared me for that diary. Nothing."

Bret Weinstein explains how the COVID conspiracy theorists were proven right about everything and it doesn't matter.
WEINSTEIN: "We live in two worlds simultaneously at the moment. I remember conversations that I had with people I cared deeply about at the beginning of COVID right as the lab leak story was beginning to crack."
"What I saw was, actually, I think we're going to win the lab leak story. We're not yet winning the vaccine story, and we're way behind on the repurposed drug story."
"In 2026, here's what we see. We actually won. Completely. All of these things are now visible to anybody who wishes to see them.
"And we've lost completely. Our capacity to do anything about this is now on full display. We have none."
"Your ability to simply get the story clear enough and enough evidence on the table does not have an impact on what happens next.
"We're still apparently dispensing these frickin shots. How crazy is that? Right after all that we have unearthed, after all the people who lost their careers to unearth this stuff, they're still dispensing the frickin shots."
So what's left?
WEINSTEIN: "We need to figure out now how to talk to the people who actually have goodness in their hearts, but are still so desperately confused.
"You have to figure out how to approach them with enough generosity of spirit that you can get them over the line to just seeing. You can get them to take off the blindfold."

CNN's Erin Burnett asks an NYU law professor if Fauci is in real trouble after pleading the Fifth 111 times.
His answer: It made things WORSE.
BURNETT: "112 times to invoke the Fifth Amendment. I mean, you can't even string all that together… Will that strategy work? Because he says, well, 'I had to do that because, you know, they're looking for perjury traps,' or does that just make it worse and is he in real trouble?"
GOODMAN: "I think it makes it worse. It's even a curious way in which you wonder what his legal advice was, why they decided to do that. Because he does not face criminal jeopardy for the pardon. In all likelihood, he's pardoned for all actions before January 2025. But that also means that you're forced to testify."
"That's how prosecutors use immunity or pardons. And they say now you're forced to testify because you don't have any criminal liability… So then to plead the Fifth is actually he could then be held in contempt. There could be theoretically, at least, a Justice Department that goes after him for not answering when he is not really facing that criminal charge."
BURNETT: "And also when the reason [to plead the Fifth] is perjury traps... to the layperson, it's saying, well, 'Why wouldn't you just say the truth? What would be the problem in that?' So... it doesn't sound good."

Rand Paul gives Fauci one last chance to answer the question and stop breaking the law by invoking 5th Amendment rights that no longer apply because of his presidential pardon.
Fauci refuses.
A vote certifying his contempt is scheduled for next week. If it passes, he is referred to the Justice Department for criminal prosecution.
Contempt of Congress is punishable by up to a year in jail. Perjury carries up to five years.
Once you know that, it suddenly makes sense how Fauci acted this whole hearing. He would rather spend a year in jail than admit what he's done or perjure himself.
PAUL: "I'm going to give you one more opportunity to COMPLY WITH THE LAW... Did you destroy any federal record or tell anyone else to?"
FAUCI: "I respectfully decline to answer..."
PAUL: "Because you refuse to answer, citing a privilege (5th Amendment) that is SUPPORTED because of your pardon and after being denied to do so, this committee has scheduled a vote next week on a resolution certifying your contempt."

Dr. Fauci says Rand Paul has an "UNHINGED OBSESSION WITH ME," all while he can't keep his paper still during his opening statement.

"Any reasonable person who has followed his unhinged obsession with me would readily come to the same conclusion. Stephen A. Smith publicly APOLOGIZES to Kyrie Irving after calling him "selfish" for refusing the COVID jab.
"Hindsight-wise, it didn’t make him stubborn or selfish. It made him BRAVE."
"I watched Dr. Fauci on Capitol Hill yesterday, and the person I thought about most was Kyrie Irving."
“Kyrie Irving stood out in my mind because of the heat that he was taking... He refused the vaccine. New York City's mandate made him ineligible for home games, and he linked his stance to people losing jobs over vaccine mandates."
“In my opinion, particularly hindsight-wise, it didn't make him stubborn or selfish. It made him brave. His willingness to stand up and say, ‘Nah, I'm not doing that.’
“It's just a time for reflection — to look at things differently.”
Kyrie gave up $11,400,000 in game checks during the 21-22 NBA season and a $100,000,000 extension with the Nets to be unvaccinated.
That cements his holdout as the largest financial sacrifice any athlete has ever made over an issue in history.

Watch what Fauci does to his own wrist while Josh Hawley walks through the "$900,000 cash award" and "at least eight other federal cash prizes" he used federal employees to get.
See the fingernails? Body language expert Dr. G says it's a way to distract, because Fauci "basically can't escape this situation," and with no way to fight and no way to flee, "it's going to cause a lot of distress."
HAWLEY: "It was a $900,000 cash award. $900,000."
[Fauci spins his pen, eyes down]
DR. G: "We see that when it comes to losing confidence. And as he's talking about this, as Senator Hawley is going through all of this, he's not looking up much at Senator Hawley at all. This is once again different than the rest of the hearing."
HAWLEY: "And he got it. Because he used federal employees to get it. And this wasn't the only award, was it, Dr. Fauci? In fact, you applied for and received at least eight other federal cash prizes."
[Fauci keeps his eyes down]
DR. G: "As he continues to look down, I think it accomplishes two things. One, I think that he's probably looking at the Fifth Amendment statement. He's just probably reading it over and over again in his head to sort of ignore this, but it also allows him to disengage, to not have to take in everything because it can be overstimulating to look at somebody when they are coming at you with information like this."
HAWLEY: "Your staff and employees on federal time, using federal resources, being paid with federal dollars, are soliciting cash for you. And then they're turning around and saying to the agency, 'We don't want just an answer. We want to get to yes.' Because Fauci wants the money. He wants it. We want to get to yes. And yes takes time. This is your chief of staff again using federal email to pressure the agency's own ethics people so that you could get money, so that you could get rich."
[Fauci slides his hand under his sleeve again]
DR. G: "And there the hand is going underneath the sleeve again. We're seeing that over and over again during the more stressful periods of this."
HAWLEY: "5 CFR section 2635.205(b). It says it right there in black and white. You cannot use…"
[Fauci digs his fingernails into his wrist]
DR. G: "You can see he's using his fingernails to put pressure on his wrist right now. That's a way to distract. That's a way to continue to try to get through something right now, because he basically can't escape this situation.
"A situation like this is going to engage fight or flight. And since you can't fight, you can't argue about it because you can't say anything, and you certainly can't escape, it's going to cause a lot of distress."

RFK Jr. fights through Fox News' commercial break music to expose Dr. Fauci for funding research designed to HIDE human fingerprints on lab-created bugs.
Kennedy says Fauci paid Ralph Baric to develop a technique called "no-see-em," which makes pathogens more dangerous and covers up the evidence of human manipulation.
Baric went on to teach this technique to the "Bat Lady" at the Wuhan Lab.
Fauci knew this. Then spent years telling the public COVID came from a "natural origin."
RFK JR: "He was lying about the origins from day one. Why was he lying? Because he funded those studies at the Wuhan lab, and he funded the studies at the University of North Carolina that developed the techniques for weaponizing COVID-19."
"And then [he] gave those to Ralph Baric, his funded scientist at the University of North Carolina, gave those to Shi Zhengli, the scientist, the 'bat lady' scientist in the Wuhan lab. And he taught her a technique that Anthony Fauci had paid him to develop called seamless ligation, which is also called 'no-see-em.'"
"It's a way of manipulating the virus to make it deadly to human beings and then covering up the evidence of human manipulation."
"And why would anybody spend NIH money developing that kind of technology?"
"It's bioweapons technology. It has nothing to do with public health. It's the opposite. It's the inverse of anything you would want to do with public health."
"Well, he took that, and he gave it to the Chinese military lab at Wuhan."

And it didn't make any sense. There were people from my childhood, people from my choral society, people from my work. But they were all there, and they all came to the door. And when they showed up, I realized everything was going to be fine. And I realized: oh my god, that was the departed, that had come to say it's going to be okay.'"
ROBBINS: "So my sisters left. Three days, four days later, we got a phone call. My mom has died. She wasn't sick."

"He sends this to multiple federal employees. What was the Dan David award? Do you remember, doc?"
FAUCI: "On the advice of counsel, I respectfully decline to answer based upon my rights under the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution."
HAWLEY: "It was a $900,000 cash award. $900,000 cash award. And he got it because he used federal employees to get it. And this wasn't the only award, was it, Dr. Fauci? In fact, you applied for and received at least eight other federal cash prizes on federal time using federal employees and federal resources.
"Here they are over my shoulder. Besides the Dan David award, you've got the Partnership for Public Service. You've got the Adelson prize, you've got the Smithsonian award, you've got the National Academy of Medicines award, you've got the CDC Foundation. In fact, you turn your staff into a full-time application machine."
"You actually wrote to people and said, 'Do you think maybe I'd qualify?' And you got cash for all of this. And it wasn't just one or two employees, was it? In fact, you used eight separate federal employees on federal time using federal resources to solicit cash awards. Isn't that true?"
FAUCI: "On the advice of counsel, I respectfully decline to answer based upon my rights under the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution."
HAWLEY: "Here they are, right over my shoulder. Here's all of them. The people that you use federal employees so that you could go and get cash money."
[Names listed on board]
– Greg Folkers
– Lawrence Tabak
– Holli Jaffe
– Patricia Conrad
– Courtney Billet
– Louis Miller
– Katherine Miller
– Hugh Auchincloss
"And the most hilarious part is that you weren't content to even dragoon them into applying for all of these cash awards. You then had them go out to the ethics agencies and ethics watchdogs and demand that you be able to get the money. That's right."
"We've got it in your emails. Your staff and employees on federal time using federal resources, being paid with federal dollars, are soliciting cash for you. And then they're turning around and saying to the agency, 'We don't want just an answer. We want to get to yes.'
"Because Fauci wants the money."

BLUMENTHAL: "[Fauci's] attorney has been gagged, thrown out of this hearing room... [Mistakes] should certainly be addressed. But not in a show trial..."
PAUL: "In NO COURTROOM in America can you have your witness plead the Fifth Amendment, then your attorney gets to testify. That's what that letter is. The attorney's complaining and testifying, saying 'He didn't do it. The prosecution's unfair.'"
"You don't get to do that. That's one thing you give up when you take the Fifth Amendment."
"You say, 'I'm not going to testify, I'm not going to give you any information.' You don't then get to put your lawyer forward to justify it. He can do it in the press, but you can't come and testify. [Fauci's lawyer] was not invited to testify, and he was out of order, and it was appropriate to have him ejected."

Sen. Ron Johnson asks Tony Fauci if he ever considered that his pulmonary infarction could have been from the 6 COVID shots he says he took.
JOHNSON: "Your diaries now show that you actually suffered pulmonary infarction... I was just wondering whether it ever went through your mind that maybe that injection, all those boosters you took, might have caused that?"

PAUL: "In the red folder on your table is a copy of Section 192 of Title 2 of the U.S. Code... That section makes it a CRIME for a witness... to REFUSE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS... Do you have that in front of you?"
FAUCI: "On the advice of counsel, I respectfully decline to answer, but based upon my rights under the Fifth Amendment of the Constitution."
PAUL: "Let the record reflect that the witness has refused to answer whether there's a folder in front of him based on his Fifth Amendment right."

Joe Rogan's wildlife biologist guest goes on a "f*cking tirade" about how the Gates Foundation "absolutely collapsed" one of Africa's most abundant fisheries that feeds millions of people, all in the name of "avoiding malaria."
The more he talks, the angrier he gets.
FORREST GALANTE: "Do you know what they did fucking in the Cahora Bassa Delta with their mosquito nets?"
ROGAN: "No. What'd they do?"
GALANTE: "Dude, I'm gonna go on a f*cking tirade here."
ROGAN: "Please do."
GALANTE: "Okay, so the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation decided that there was too much malaria in Africa, right? Which you and I could probably agree with. Malaria is bad. So what did they do? They gave all of these people living in tribal villages.
"I totally pirated your thing. I'm sorry, but I'm gonna go on a fucking rant here. They gave all these people living in the Cahora Bassa Delta, which is the breadbasket of the Zambezi Valley, meaning, like, where more fish are born. It's a nursery for fish. Right. Not just there, but this is a good micro example.
"They gave millions of mosquito nets out to all these people to 'avoid malaria.' Guess what the people who are starving to death did with their mosquito nets? They fished with them. They fished with them. Mosquito net has a hole that is so small that a mosquito can't get through. So guess what?
"These mosquito nets now indiscriminately catch tiny baby fish in areas like Cahora Bassa, where the fish go to breed and reproduce and populate. So now all of a sudden, you have thousands and thousands of people that have been handed nets that have been living one way for hundreds of thousands of years.
"They don't give a sh*t about malaria. They have their own way of dealing with malaria. They sit in smoky huts at night, they sleep with a campfire. Everything else, yes, they still get malaria, some of them, but they deal with it their own way. Bill Melinda Gates Foundation come in, hand out millions of mosquito nets, absolutely collapse the entire population of fish that feed millions of people.
"Because these people just take the nets and fish all the baby fish out so that those fish don't grow up to make substantial protein sources. So now these wonderful 'philanthropists' that have given out millions of nets, have destroyed an ecosystem, crashed a fish population and created widespread hunger for people that otherwise had plenty of resources, all because they were trying to 'help' with their mosquito nets."
ROGAN: "Oh, God."
GALANTE: "It's just like. It's a f*cking disaster, dude. They've taken such a rich and important part of Africa, one of the most abundant freshwater fisheries in the world, and destroyed it. Because they're 'helping' by handing out mosquito nets."
ROGAN: "Good God."
GALANTE: "Yeah, I know. Sorry. I told you I'd go on a rant, but it's like, it's so bad what's happened over there. And they're still giving out mosquito nets, by the way. And you literally watch these guys line up, take a mosquito net, and it never goes in their house. It goes straight to catching fish that are this big [tiny] for them to eat."
ROGAN: "Oh, God…"
