😑A large march promoting immigration reform that could see more than 10,000 people march from Dallas City Hall is set to take place on Sunday. At least one report questions whether ICE will show at the large congregation of migrants hoping for relief via legislation from the Trump administration’s stance on mass deportation.
Organized by several pro-immigration groups, including the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), the rally may be the largest group to protest the current immigration enforcement posture by the Trump administration since the inauguration.
The group’s website and social media posts encourage marchers to carry United States flags and dress commensurate with their accomplishments in the United States as immigrants. Props could include medical scrubs, graduate caps and gowns, and military uniforms for veterans.

JUST IN: Judge Howell has dismissed the Trump administration's attempt to remove her from the Perkins Coie case, labeling the move as a personal attack meant to divert attention from their own weak legal position.

"For four long years, we had an administration that tried to abolish the very concept of womanhood and replace it with radical gender ideology. They destroyed women's spaces and even tried to replace the word 'mother' with the term 'birthing person.' Under the Trump administration, we're ending the Marxist war on women, and we're protecting women's rights, defending women's dignity, and standing up for American moms and daughters."

U.S. immigration authorities late Tuesday detained a Turkish doctoral student at Tufts University near Boston who had voiced support for Palestinians during Israel's war in Gaza and have revoked her visa, according to her attorney and the university.
Rumeysa Ozturk's supporters say her detention is the first known immigration arrest of a Boston-area student engaged in such activism to be carried out by President Trump's administration, which has detained or sought to detain several foreign-born students who have been involved in pro-Palestinian protests.

Federal prosecutors in Manhattan are reviewing a claim brought by British drugmaker GSK that Pfizer delayed announcing the “success” of its COVID-19 vaccine in 2020 until after the presidential election, according to sources familiar with the matter. The allegation, if substantiated, could lend credibility to President Trump’s long-standing assertion that Pfizer withheld positive trial results that could have bolstered his handling of the pandemic.

President Donald Trump is readying an announcement on auto levies as soon as Wednesday, according to people familiar with the matter, a move that would escalate his fight with global trading partners ahead of a broader tariff push next week.
The people shared the timing of the expected announcement on condition of anonymity, to discuss plans not yet made public. One of the people, though, cautioned that the president’s plans could still shift.
Shares of General Motors Co. and Ford Motor Co. hit session lows on the news and were down less than 1% as of 11:58 a.m. in New York. Stellantis NV’s stock erased earlier gains.
Trump told reporters earlier this week that he would detail the auto levies in the coming days, indicating they could come before his planned April 2 rollout of sweeping reciprocal tariffs targeting other nations. The president has said the levies will help spur growth in the domestic auto sector and force companies to move more production to the US.

💥💥We are NOT going to be lectured about national security and American troops by Democrats and the mainstream media who turned the other cheek when the Biden administration, because of their incompetence, left 13 service members DEAD in Afghanistan and not a single person in the previous administration was held accountable for that botched withdrawal!

“Big Balls” is making headlines again:
The best-known member of Elon Musk's U.S. DOGE Service team of technologists once provided support to a cybercrime gang that bragged about trafficking in stolen data and cyberstalking an FBI agent, according to digital records reviewed by Reuters.
Edward Coristine is among the most visible members of the DOGE effort that has been given sweeping access to official networks as it attempts to radically downsize the U.S. government.
Past reporting had focused on his youth - he is 19 - and his chosen nickname of "bigballs," which became a pop culture punchline. Musk has championed the teen on his social media site X, telling his followers last month that "Big Balls is awesome."
Beginning around 2022, while still in high school, Coristine ran a company called DiamondCDN that provided network services, according to corporate and digital records reviewed by Reuters and interviews with half a dozen former associates. Among its users was a website run by a ring of cybercriminals operating under the name "EGodly," according to digital records preserved by the internet intelligence firm DomainTools and the online cybersecurity tool Any.Run.

HE CAN'T BE SERIOUS🙃: Rep. Daniel Goldman (D-NY) bizarrely referred to the FBI task force on Tesla terrorism as “lawfare” and the “political weaponization” of the DOJ. Goldman’s statement is especially curious given Democrat’s campaign of lawfare and weaponization against Donald Trump.
“This is the political weaponization of the DOJ. Trump uses his official authority to defend his benefactor Elon Musk,” Rep. Goldman oddly claimed of the Trump administration investigating an actual series of crimes in a Tuesday X post.
“The FBI then creates a task force to use our law enforcement to ‘crack down’ on adversaries of Musk’s. Where are the Republicans so opposed to ‘lawfare’?” the Congressman added.
Rep. Goldman was replying to an X post by Fox News reporting that the FBI has launched a “task force to crack down on violent Tesla attacks” and to “mitigate threats.”

Elon Musk is helping lead the investigation into the Signal chat leak involving top national security leaders and the editor-in-chief of the Atlantic, the White House press secretary said Wednesday.
"The National Security Council, the White House Counsel's Office, and also, yes, Elon Musk's team" will be leading the investigation into the Signal leak, press secretary Karonline Leavitt said during Wednesday's White House press conference.
"Elon Musk has offered to put his technical experts on this, to figure out how this number was inadvertently added to the chat – again, to take responsibility and ensure this can never happen again," she continued.
Waltz joined Fox News' "Ingraham Angle" Tuesday, where he took responsibility for the inadvertent addition of Goldberg to the chat, arguing he believed the account belonged to someone else.
"I built the group. My job is to make sure everything’s coordinated," Waltz said.
"Of course I didn’t see this loser in the group. It looked like someone else," Waltz added. "The person I thought was on there was never on there."
Waltz also said during the interview that he had just spoken to Musk about the matter and that the "best technical minds" would look into it.

Utah on Tuesday added new protections for the children of online content creators following the child abuse conviction of Ruby Franke, a mother of six who dispensed parenting advice to millions on YouTube before her arrest in 2023.
Gov. Spencer Cox signed a law under the encouragement of Franke’s now ex-husband that gives adults a path to scrub from all platforms the digital content they were featured in as minors and requires parents to set aside money for kids featured in content. Kevin Franke told lawmakers in February that he wished he had never let his ex-wife post their children’s lives online and use them for profit.
“Children cannot give informed consent to be filmed on social media, period,” he said. “Vlogging my family, putting my children into public social media, was wrong, and I regret it every day.”

TIKTOK may have been saved by JD Vance as he is reportedly set to announce a deal that'll stop it from being banned in the US.
But the potential solution could include changes to the algorithm that feeds videos to nearly 140 million TikTok users in America.
Vice President JD Vance is reportedly partnering with an investor group to announce a plan to save the app from an April 5 ban, according to Fox News reporter Charles Gasparino.
Gasparino wrote that the announcement will "likely to include a grace period to put finishing touches on a deal designed" to stop the ban from taking effect.
The deal is said to allow TikTok's current parent company, ByteDance, the opportunity to maintain a small amount of equity.
Despite ByteDance's continued involvement, Vance is working to calm Americans' fears that the app is being used by the Chinese government to spy on them.
According to Gasparino, it is unclear whether the algorithm will change as the deal allows the current algorithm to transfer to the new company, but some equity holders are pushing for a new algorithm to be built.
As of now, the majority of the data storage under the reported deal will be done by the computer software company Oracle.
Current US equity holders will reportedly maintain a controlling stake in the new company.

As reports continue to come out about President Donald Trump's administration’s use of Signal, the company issued a statement Tuesday to clear the air, saying its software is "the gold standard for private, secure communications."
News outlets like NPR reported that "a vulnerability" was identified in the messenger application, suggesting Russian professional hacking groups employ devices to spy on encrypted conversations.
In response to NPRs report, Signal said the claim that there are "vulnerabilities" in Signal is not accurate.
"The memo used the term ‘vulnerability’ in relation to Signal—but it had nothing to do with Signal’s core tech. It was warning against phishing scams targeting Signal users," the statement read. "Phishing isn’t new, and it’s not a flaw in our encryption or any of Signal’s underlying technology. Phishing attacks are a constant threat for popular apps and websites.
"In order to help protect people from falling victim to sophisticated phishing attacks, Signal introduced new user flows and in-app warnings," the statement continued. "This work has been completed for some time and is unrelated to any current events.
"Signal is open source, so our code is regularly scrutinized in addition to regular formal audits," Signal added. "We also constantly monitor security@signal.org for any new reports, and we act on them with quickness while also working to protect the people who rely on us from outside threats like phishing with warnings and safeguards. This is why Signal remains the gold standard for private, secure communications."

The Trump administration is at the Supreme Court with a new emergency appeal Wednesday, this time seeking approval to go ahead with cuts of hundreds of millions of dollars for teacher training.
A federal judge in Boston temporarily blocked the cuts, finding they were already affecting training programs aimed at addressing a nationwide teacher shortage. The federal appeals court in Boston turned away a plea from the administration to allow them to resume.
The Justice Department has filed three other emergency appeals of court rulings that blocked administration actions.
