PROJECTION🥴: Hillary Clinton, known for using a private email server for official public communications rather than using official State Department email accounts, pens an opinion piece published by the New York Times blasting Pres. Trump for "squandering America's strength and threatening our national security," calling out this week's Signal chat controversy.
Ironically, the first paragraph calls out hypocrisy and labels Signalgate "dangerous" and "just dumb":
"It’s not the hypocrisy that bothers me; it’s the stupidity. We’re all shocked — shocked! — that President Trump and his team don’t actually care about protecting classified information or federal record retention laws. But we knew that already. What’s much worse is that top Trump administration officials put our troops in jeopardy by sharing military plans on a commercial messaging app and unwittingly invited a journalist into the chat. That’s dangerous. And it’s just dumb."

NEW: A new book by Jonathan Allen and Amie Parnes reveals that in 2023, aides to Kamala Harris privately "strategized around the possibility that Biden might die in office."
Democrats had reportedly worked on a contingency plan to prepare for Biden's passing.
"In hush-hush talks starting in 2023, [DNC] officials gamed out Biden-withdrawal scenarios, according to two people familiar with them," the authors wrote. "They wanted to make sure the party was ready for every possible circumstance: If Biden launched his campaign and then stepped aside before the primaries; if he won a bunch of primaries and then could not continue."
"If he secured enough delegates for winning the nomination but dropped out before winning a floor vote at the convention, and if he left a vacancy at the top of the ticket after taking the nomination," they continued.
Allen and Parnes said top Dems had worried for months about whether or not Biden would be able to go all the way through the grueling schedule of another presidential campaign.
"One official involved in secret talks put a fine point on the fear that Biden would not make it to election day as the party’s nominee: ‘It shows what we had to do to prepare with the unique circumstances we had, which was an 80-plus-year-old president who was running,'" according to the book.

Rep. Andy Biggs, in his role as Chairman of the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime and Federal Government Surveillance, has requested that FBI Director Kash Patel release all documents pertaining to the ATF's facial recognition practices. This request comes amid concerns about potential privacy violations against law-abiding gun owners.
Biggs is specifically investigating the ATF's possibly abusive use of facial recognition technology. He cites a GAO report that discovered 549 searches conducted on gun owners between 2019 and 2022, often without adequate training or oversight, and with the technology being owned by external entities.

WATCH😒: HI Gov. on Djokovic Playing with RFK: ‘Hope Someone Hits Him with an Overhead’ ‘Shows Him What It Means to Hurt Somebody’
After moaning about how vitamin A is toxic and vaccinations are the only cure for measles, and calling for a malpractice “reckoning” against RFK Jr and Elon Musk, Hawaii Gov. Josh Green (D) reacted to Novak Djokovic playing tennis with HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. by stating, “Novak, go play tennis, hit a 160 mph serve, but stay out of public health. And I hope someone hits him with an overhead and shows him what it means to hurt somebody,” and “go back to the tennis court, definitely good luck at Wimbledon, stay out of public health.”
Host Erin Burnett asked, “So, Novak Djokovic, the tennis star, just appeared with RFK on a tennis court together. Djokovic, of course, during COVID, wasn’t even able to play in one of the tournaments because he refused to get the COVID vaccine, right? Couldn’t play in the U.S. Open. It was an Australian Open issue. And now, here they are together. When you look at these cuts now, 25% of HHS, what does that mean for something like vaccines, even, in your state, in the state of Hawaii?”

This is crazy. DOGE discovered that when federal workers retire, the government follows a dinosaur age process that originated in the 1950s and hasn’t been updated since.
There is literally a MINE in PA that houses 22,000 filing cabinets and 400 MILLION pieces of paper 😂
Retirements are done by paper, the process takes 6-9 months, and the government is only capable of doing 8,000 per month. Truly unbelievable.
Airbnb’s cofounder Joe Gebbia is part of the team at DOGE and says they will have the system digitalized within the next couple months.

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused in a new lawsuit of forcing a male photographer to give him oral sex on the set of a commercial — with the promise of helping his “career take off.”
The man, only identified as John Doe, claims the Bad Boy Records founder started chatting to him while he was working on the “high-profile” commercial in late 2022 or early 2023 and coerced him into a “blatant sexual quid-pro-quo,” according to court papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court.
Combs allegedly invited the photographer back to his trailer to discuss the potential career opportunities, the suit filed Wednesday alleges.

🔥Utah GOP Gov. Spencer Cox signed a bill that bans fluoride from public water in the state.
Cox signed the bill Thursday, making Utah the first state to remove fluoride from public water.
The legislation was introduced in January and it passed the state Senate in February. It won't take effect until May 7.
Just 44 percent of people in Utah are now getting water with fluoride in it, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
“You would think you would see drastically different outcomes with half the state not getting it and half the state getting it," Cox said, referring to fluoride, in an interview with an ABC News affiliate.

Somebody’s been hitting the nose candy again.
Did you know the DC judge who forced the Trump administration to temporarily restore funding for foreign aid, Amir Hatem Mahdy Ali, only became a U.S. citizen in 2019—and holds dual citizenship with Canada?
Judge Amir Ali, who was appointed by Joe Biden on November 22, 2024, immediately after the 2024 election, is the First Muslim federal judge.
This raises serious concerns.
How can someone with dual citizenship impartially oversee American law?
Dual citizenship should be banned for all government officials.

The U.S. Justice Department on Wednesday backed Donald Trump's bid to move his already-decided hush money criminal case to federal court, the second time in less than a week the department has moved to help the U.S. president in a personal legal matter.
In a court filing, the Justice Department urged the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to overturn a lower court ruling that the case belonged in state court because the case concerned personal conduct, not official acts. The department is not directly involved in the case, but said it had an interest in protecting federal officials who face personal legal risk under state law due to their responsibilities.

A federal appeals court has temporarily paused a Washington judge’s order that would have forced Elon Musk and his Department of Government Efficiency to comply with evidence demands from Democratic state officials who claim the billionaire is exercising unconstitutional power across the US government.
In a brief order on Wednesday, a three-judge panel of the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit said that the lower court should have ruled first on the government’s request to have the case tossed before deciding whether to require evidence handed over to the challengers.
Chutkan has postponed her hearing tomorrow due to the order.

A letter penned by one of the youngest victims aboard the Titanic is expected to fetch up to £30,000 when it goes under the hammer at auction later this month.
The letter written on the infamous Belfast-built vessel was from teenager Thomas Cupper Mudd from Huntingfield in Suffolk, who was among the approximately 1,500 people who perished when the ship sank on its maiden voyage back in April 1912.
The letter – which was written on Titanic branded paper and is being sold on Forum Auctions as part of their Fine Books, Manuscripts and Works on Paper lot – was sent by the 16-year-old to his mother from the ship’s final port of call in Queenstown, now Cobh in the Republic.
In the letter, Mudd describes the White Star Line ship as a “magnificent palace”, adding they have experienced “very rough weather” and that “the ship is rolling a good bit”.

More insanity. The US Government has only 1 bank account to disperse ALL monies that go out of the federal government.
The account serves 580+ agencies and until recently, the agencies could go to the bank and request money with ZERO justification or verification, and the treasury would instantly send it out.
Incredible. Just imagine how much fraud has been going on with this system without anyone questioning it.

This is mind blowing
DOGE “There is actually really only ONE BANK ACCOUNT that's used to disperse ALL monies that go out of the federal government”
“It's a big one — A couple weeks ago it had $800 billion in it, it's the treasury general account”
“We're serving 580+ agencies. And up until very recently, effectively they could say, make the payment and Treasury just sent it out as fast as possible. NO VERIFICATION”
“There's a $500 billion of fraud every year. There's hundreds of billion dollars of improper payments and we can't pass an audit. The consolidated financial report is produced by treasury and we cannot pass an audit”

A Marysville, CA police officer was shot and killed Wednesday while executing a search warrant, becoming the department’s first line of duty death in more than a century.

Anderson says more than 20 warrants were executed across Butte, Sutter, Tehama and Yuba counties.
The deadly shooting happened just before 8 a.m. around Kestrel Court in Olivehurst.

The Social Security Administration on Wednesday abruptly backed off planned cuts to phone services for disabled and some elderly Americans applying for benefits amid an uproar from advocates.
The originally proposed changes — scheduled to take effect Monday but now delayed to April 14 — would have directed all people filing claims to first verify their identity online or in person, removing a phone option in place for years. Advocates said the shift would make it impossible for many disabled and elderly people with limited mobility or computer skills to apply.

A New Jersey police chief has been accused by five of his officers of turning the department into an "Animal House" rife with harassment against his employees, including incidents of him defecating on the office floor, spiking the office coffee pot with Adderall and Viagra, and jabbing one officer in the penis with a hypodermic needle.
Chief Robert Farley, a veteran of the North Bergen Police Department, is also accused of harassing officers outside of the office by sending packages containing sex toys and Gay pride flags to their homes, as well as retaliating against them by denying promotions and assigning officers to the night shift, according to notices to sue that have the officers submitted to the Township of North Bergen. To file a lawsuit in New Jersey, a person must first submit a notice indicating their intent to sue.
