It seems to be clearly not turned off. I believe you can't disable it using only the json/command line arguments. You would have to compile it without the fee. But I never tried, I like xmrig, but I don't particularly want its writer to know where I live, so this seems like a great deal.

Has anyone of you ever killed a ryzen with 24/7 load on it?

I got a used 7950x and it behaves dodgy. With default settings including JEDEC ram settings (apart from vsoc = 1.2V to rule out ram issues), I get frequent errors and crashes in ycruncher, BBP specifically. I suspect it may be silicon degradation

is this cpu frequency i should expect from 3990x?

I have PBO off at the moment because it achieved the same hashrate with it on or off. and this is with CPU voltage at 0.95V

Funnily enough of I put the CPU voltage to 0.95 volt I get 35khs at 59 degrees celcius, and if I put it to 1.2v I basically get the same hashrate 35.4khs with a lot more heat at over 70 degrees

I tried everything, looks like my 3990x only gets 35khs. Annoying because I have ddr4 Samsung bdie CL14 ram 😥

Looks pretty low. Maybe try to set the frequency higher manually and see if the hashrate changes. Im running a 3950x at fixed 3,7 ghz and could go higher. Also i get better hashrate if i dont use all threads.
