Good Morning

Our markets broke out from crucial 19880 nifty resistance yesterday and we have a good gap up of 75 pts today morning.

All fundamental factors like dollar index below 103, US 10Y below 4.3%, comments by Fed officials that Fed will be able to bring down inflation to 2% all these factors are aiding this rally.

Yesterday both FII and DII bought in cash markets and F&O data is also bullish. Now 20000 will be next resistance for nifty and 44050 for BN.
BN needs to close above 44050 today for bulls to get some sort of upper hand in BN

Market Analysis

Nifty closed with minor gain of about 60 points last week. Bank Nifty formed a hammer pattern on weekly chart. It defended its 200 Dema and managed to close above 20 dema this week. Now till it does not close below 43680 next week, the trend will be buy on dips. If Nifty has to cross 19880 decisively than Bank Nifty needs to cross 44000 next week and sustain above it else we will see resistance around 19880 area.

There will be no exit poll till Thursday 6.30 pm so markets will tend to follow the global cues.

If we see the monthly outlook than till 19650 is held we can see levels of 20200 in December. We are now 6.5 months away from the next general elections in May 2024. FII holding of Indian equities is at a decadal low. Fed outlook is positive. If BJP manages to win Rajasthan and retain Madhya Pradesh state elections on December 3, we can see a stellar rally in the markets from Dec 4. On the contrary, if BJP loses both Rajasthan and MP than we can see a knee jerk fall towards 19400 levels. But there is so much domestic liquidity waiting to enter the markets as seen in the recent IPO applications wherein bids worth Rs. 2.6 lacs Cr were received for an IPO size of Rs.7300 Cr that it will be difficult for the markets to go below 19400. So our outlook till April 2024 is till markets do not go below 19400 on weekly closing basis we will see a rally towards 20700/ 21400. One more reason which aids this view is falling US 10Y yield and falling Dollar Index. Last Fed meet markets has started pricing in a rate cut in June-July 2024 and we also have US Presidential elections in November 2024. So markets will start pricing in both these possibilities from now. The only risk to this view remains the Israel-Hamas war if that escalates into a regional conflict OR if there is any news from China regarding any disease outbreak than all bets are off.
