Market Analysis for 15th May

Nifty today failed to close above 22225 and tomorrow if unable to sustain above 22250, it can move towards 22150 and 22060.

Bank Nifty closed above 47700. Tomorrow, holding this level it can move to 48000 and 48200. Sustaining below the level of 47700, we will see 47400
and 47200.

Note that we have already risen around 500 points from yest lows.

Last week Nifty made a big bearish candle on weekly chart and just closed shy of 22000. Next week, till Nifty is not giving a close above 22225, it can go down to 21930 and 21800. Closing below 21800, can open up targets upto 20800 wherein lies the 200 day EMA of Nifty.

Bank Nifty also made a bearish candle on weekly scale and now next week till it does not closes above 47700, it will remain weak and can come down to levels of around 47000. Close below 47000 will be extremely bearish and next target would be around 46000 which is its 200 days EMA.

Vix will continue to rise next week as we will finish the 4th phase of elections. Keep your position size low and respect your SL as there will be wild intraday swings in the markets.
