Good Morning Traders,

Yesterday US mkts staged smart recovery from the lows and closed at days high. US mkts wont fall before big before 5 Nov due to elections but post elections we can have huge volatility.

Our markets have broken weekly low yesterday and now bigger targets are coming towards 23400 levels which is 200 days ema. Vix has gone up suggesting volatility and huge price swings so keeping qty low would be the key.

Post Market Analysis

Nifty today achieved all the targets on the downside and closed below its 100 day Ema of 24480. Now tomorrow till Nifty is below 24626 it can slide down towards 24350 and 24200

Bank Nifty broke its 20 days ema around 51890 levels and once below 51700 achieved all the targets on the downside. Now tomorrow till Bank Nifty is below 51400 levels it can slide down to 51000 and 50800 levels.

Simple logic hai. Wen entire length and breadth of market is falling why will banks not fall. Why will FINNIFTY outperform on old news.

Bank Nifty ka khel chalu hua tha Friday ke din jab smart money knew abt Hdfc bank good results. They took BN from 51000 on friday to 52500 tomorrow morning wen hdfc gapped up.

That trade got over and BN cracked today.
