So these are 5 trades I gave today thought to share the learning and logics with you all so that you can learn from it. Mostly trades focused on buy on dips trend in Banknifty and finnifty which were in bullish momentum.
We made entries in dips to gain momentum .

Nifty was little volatile so we avoided it.

Why we chose banknifty over nifty ??
Banknifty has not broken its 100 days average 50900 so it’s still somewhat bullish.
Nifty has broken its 100 days average 24500 already so it’s bearish.

So clearly if I waned to take bearish trade I will look for resistance in nifty and if I wanted to take bullish trade I will look for support in banknifty.

SO SELECTION OF RIGHT INDEX IS ALSO IMPORTANT OTHER THAN FORMING A VIEW.

For option selling we chose MIDCPNIFTY which was little bearish to range bound and of course due to its expiry

We have to understand that this is sell on rise market. Wen resistance is taken out there is short covering and not fresh buying. Fresh buying means close above resistance.
