Don't get distracted.

Your brain is more powerful than any supercomputer on Earth, and is one of a kind. It needs rest, and it must be trained to reject negative thinking and pessimism.

Your subconscious brain learns to believe as truth the things you internalize and speak of in your conscious mind and becomes ingrained in your very being.

Because your brain is so powerful, a war for it, and its productive energies, is being waged. Look here, not there. Fight about this, and ignore that. Unplug from TV, be mindful of what you are consuming on social media. Do not spend your energies attack people who agree with you 90%, 70%, 50%, or even 20% of the way.

Physical and mental fitness are key. Nutrition and sleep will keep your mind strong, and with your mind strong, your defenses will be capable of focusing your efforts where they are needed most.

Oh FFS; wtaf is wrong with the Loudoun County Public Schools administration? I'm sure errybody remembers it was LCPS that tried to cover up how girls were being raped in their schools' bathrooms by boys who self ID as girls, yes?

So you'd think LCPS would avoid doubling down on the self ID/bathroom sitch but no; they're goin all in on making it worse and the kids, boys and girls alike, are fed up to the point of staging a walkout yesterday. Let's make some noise for these kids, please; they need our support.

“I would like to be able when I get off football practice and go put my pads away and change not feel uncomfortable with other genders in there watching me,” another male student told 7News. “I feel that girls feel the same way about the situation. How would you feel if you were a female changing with a male?”

“It's a massive safety risk, and they [LCPS] don't do anything about it,” the female student told 7News. “And we express these concerns and they ignore us and write us off as right-wing crazies. We're not crazy. We just don't want to be in danger on a daily basis in this building. I think it's people finally stepping up and just being sick of it. We're sick of being here and just being completely ignored. I stopped using them [the bathrooms] because I don't know what's going to happen to me in there. And people can be like, 'Oh, well, that's paranoid'...We don't use the bathrooms. We hold our pee until we can't. I mean, there are girls in PE [Physical Education class] who still get changed in the bathroom stalls in there because they're afraid of who might waltz in.”

7News has heard from students at Woodgrove High School who wanted to participate in the student walkout Wednesday morning to restore girls-only and boys-only bathrooms and locker rooms, but the students were discouraged by their teachers.
