WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court will soon consider whether to hear appeals brought by people charged with offenses relating to the Jan. 6, 2021, assault on the U.S. Capitol in cases that could have a major impact on the criminal prosecution of former President Donald Trump.

So yeah, about the border being closed at Lukeville, aka the way to & from Rocky Pointe? Not so much. And even worse? The road into AZ from there goes directly into the Barry Goldwater Range & Testing Grounds, which is still active for testing bombs and whatnot. Btw, it's a bit unnerving driving thru there when testing's happening, so the military could easily be doing a bit more to slow down the invasion currently being escorted into the US.

President Trump is seeking to appeal a gag order barring him and his counsel from discussing his New York fraud trial judge’s staff to the state’s highest court.

A lower appeals court reinstated Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron’s limited gag order last week. Trump’s counsel argued in their request to eliminate the gag order that the trial judge’s enforcement of it “casts serious doubt” on his ability to serve as an “impartial finder of fact” overseeing the former president’s case.

According to the reporting of @shellenberger on the CTIL files...

Just before leaving office, the Obama White House ordered the creation of a "counter-disinformation project to stop a 'repeat of 2016.'" A "former" British intelligence analyst was in the room and went on to be a leader of the CTIL.

The CTIL included members of UK intelligence and military. They would conduct offensive influence operations including operations surrounding the 2020 election.

This activity is exactly what the intelligence community has accused Russia of doing in both 2016 and 2020.

This also fits the definition of "foreign interference" as outlined in EO 13848.
