Two said they were sexually harassed years ago by VIPs at Forum gatherings, including at Davos, where female staff were expected to be at the delegates’ beck and call.

In two more recent incidents, employees registered internal complaints after white Forum managers used the N-word around Black employees. Black employees also raised formal complaints to Forum leaders about being passed over for promotions or left out of Davos.

The Forum declined to make Schwab available for an interview. Forum spokesman Yann Zopf said in a statement that this article would “mischaracterize our organization, culture and colleagues, including our founder.”

Fox News Digital obtained a letter Grassley, R-Iowa, and Johnson, R-Wis., sent to Secretary of State Antony Blinken, demanding answers on whether Kerry properly complied with federal records law as secretary of state.

Whistleblowers told Grassley and Johnson that Kerry used the email address "SESTravel11@state.gov" while serving in his official capacity.

"We want to know whether then-Secretary Kerry properly complied with all federal records laws and regulations with respect to his official email communications and whether responses to relevant Freedom of Information Act requests have properly included that email address in productions to requestors," they wrote.

Hunter Biden has sued Fox News over a miniseries it published and then took down from its subscriber streaming service Fox Nation.

In a lawsuit filed Monday in the Supreme Court of New York, Biden’s attorneys allege Fox targeted the president’s son “in an effort to harass, annoy, alarm, and humiliate him, and tarnish his reputation.”

“Far from reporting on a newsworthy event, Fox sought to commercialize Mr. Biden’s personality through a form of treatment distinct from the dissemination of news or information,” the lawsuit reads. “While using certain true information, the series intentionally manipulates the facts, distorts the truth, narrates happenings out of context, and invents dialogue intended to entertain.”

The Supreme Court should address former President Donald Trump’s recent conviction in New York, according to Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL).

The Florida lawmaker told NBC’s Meet the Press on Sunday that the high court should “step in” after Trump was convicted by a Manhattan jury of 34 counts of falsifying business records.

“The only ability for this to be overturned is going to be happening two or three years from now. We all know this,” Donalds said. “That’s why what happened in lower Manhattan was to interfere with an election, which is why Speaker Johnson, myself included, and many Americans believe the Supreme Court should step in to this matter.”

The judge overseeing Donald Trump's classified documents case is set to take the "unusual" step of hearing arguments on whether Special Counsel Jack Smith should be removed from the prosecution from those not connected to the proceedings, a legal expert has said.

Former federal prosecutor Joyce Vance made the remark about Judge Aileen Cannon while writing in her blog about upcoming legal proceedings involving the former president and his allies.

On Friday June 21, Cannon will hear arguments from several people not involved in the federal case, who will claim that Smith was unlawfully appointed by Attorney General Merrick Garland as this was not first approved by the Senate.

The rare move to hear from outside parties was previously criticized by legal experts. Cannon has put the federal classified documents trial on indefinite hold while she rules on a number of hearings and motions to dismiss connected the case.

Nato is in talks to deploy more nuclear weapons in the face of a growing threat from Russia and China, the head of the alliance has said.

Jens Stoltenberg added that the bloc must show its nuclear arsenal to the world to send a direct message to its foes in an interview with The Telegraph.

He revealed there were live consultations between members on taking missiles out of storage and placing them on standby as he called for transparency to be used as a deterrent.

Mr Stoltenberg said: “I won’t go into operational details about how many nuclear warheads should be operational and which should be stored, but we need to consult on these issues. That’s exactly what we’re doing.”
