To be considered a pattern, the case must involve at least 2 related crimes committed within a 10 year period, which can include an array of crimes, both federal and state, including bribery, extortion, fraud, money laundering, murder, and kidnapping. 

RICO allows prosecutors to charge individuals involved in an enterprise's criminal activities, (even if they didn't directly commit the underlying crimes).

Consequences of RICO charges carry significant penalties, including: 

Lengthy prison sentences of up to 20 years or more depending on the underlying crimes.

Heavy fines up to $250,000 or double the proceeds from the criminal activity, as well as having assets seized.

RICO is a powerful tool for dismantling criminal organizations by holding both individuals and the enterprise itself accountable for their illegal activities. 

Therefore, you can’t just publicly go out and arrest this person or that person before the case is ready to go.

We can’t even fathom the size and complexity of these cases and what is about to go down.

I hope this helps some people understand a little bit better why we haven’t seen these big arrests yet.

JUST IN🔥: Attorney General Pam Bondi has dismissed over 20 Justice Department employees linked to the Jan. 6 Capitol riot investigations and Donald Trump’s classified documents case, according to sources. This action forms part of a broader effort to remove personnel involved in Special Counsel Jack Smith’s prosecutions against Trump for the riot and unlawful document possession.

These latest terminations push the total Smith-related dismissals to around 35, with possibly 15 more under review. Reuters initially reported nine firings, but sources confirm the figure at 20, potentially rising to 37 across offices in Washington, Virginia, Florida, and elsewhere. The group included attorneys, support staff, and U.S. Marshals, some of whom volunteered for the Trump probes. Before Bondi assumed office, 14 others had already been let go.
