The Prophet ﷺ said:
مَنْ يُرِدِ اللَّهُ بِهِ خَيْرًا يُصِبْ مِنْهُ ".
“When Allah intends good for someone, He afflicts him with trials.”
(Sahih al-Bukhari 5645)
So when life gets tough, remind yourself: This is not destruction. This is construction. Allah is strengthening you.
How can we claim to love the Prophet ﷺ when we don’t learn about His life (seerah)?
When you love someone you find out about them, you try to emulate them, you try to follow them.
If you want to know how much you love the Prophet ﷺ, ask yourself how much of this are we doing with him ﷺ?
Your objective in this world is not to merely follow your every whim. Your objective is to please your Lord so you can enter a Paradise wherein you can follow your every desire forever.

How many times have you heard someone say, "Iman is in the heart" when you advise them to pray their five daily prayers?
It's true: iman is in the heart but it's also in the form of statements and actions.
Imagine going to your boss and saying, "I won't do my work today because work is in the heart!" or saying to your teacher, "I won't do my exam because the knowledge is in my brain!"
And yet when Allah commands us to do something, we say iman is in our heart and ignore the command!
Keep your hearts united, because believers are brothers and sisters in Iman.
Allah says:
إِنَّمَا الْمُؤْمِنُونَ إِخْوَةٌ
‘The believers are but brothers, so make settlement between your brothers. And fear Allah that you may receive mercy.’
(Qur’an 49:10)
Resolve conflicts quickly, forgive others and let go of grudges. And remember the bond of Iman that Allah has given us.

۞ وَسَارِعُوٓا۟ إِلَىٰ مَغْفِرَةٍۢ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَجَنَّةٍ عَرْضُهَا ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتُ وَٱلْأَرْضُ أُعِدَّتْ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ ١٣٣ ٱلَّذِينَ يُنفِقُونَ فِى ٱلسَّرَّآءِ وَٱلضَّرَّآءِ وَٱلْكَـٰظِمِينَ ٱلْغَيْظَ وَٱلْعَافِينَ عَنِ ٱلنَّاسِ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ ١٣٤ وَٱلَّذِينَ إِذَا فَعَلُوا۟ فَـٰحِشَةً أَوْ ظَلَمُوٓا۟ أَنفُسَهُمْ ذَكَرُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ فَٱسْتَغْفَرُوا۟ لِذُنُوبِهِمْ وَمَن يَغْفِرُ ٱلذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا ٱللَّهُ وَلَمْ يُصِرُّوا۟ عَلَىٰ مَا فَعَلُوا۟ وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُونَ ١٣٥ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ جَزَآؤُهُم مَّغْفِرَةٌۭ مِّن رَّبِّهِمْ وَجَنَّـٰتٌۭ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَـٰرُ خَـٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا ۚ وَنِعْمَ أَجْرُ ٱلْعَـٰمِلِينَ ١٣٦
“Rush to the forgiveness of your Lord and to a Paradise as vast as the Heavens and the earth, prepared for the God-Fearing: Those who spend in the way of Allah both in affluence and hardship, who restrain their anger, and forgive others. Allah loves such good-doers. These are the ones who, when they commit any indecency or wrong themselves, instantly remember Allah and implore forgiveness for their sins— for who will forgive sins but Allah? And they do not willfully persist in the wrong they had committed. Their reward is forgiveness from their Lord and Gardens beneath which river flow; there they shall abide. How good is the reward of those who act!”

How ONE Small ACT of Kindness Could Earn You Paradise

Make du’a to Allah for every small and large request even if it’s just to find a place to park your car. Not only does Allah never get bored of your du’as, but He counts them among the greatest acts of worship.
The Prophet ﷺ said:
الدُّعَاءُ هُوَ الْعِبَادَةُ
“Du'a is worship.”
Tirmidhi 3372
The hardship and difficulty of performing good deeds disappears, but the reward of those deeds remains.
The delight of sins disappears while the punishment of those sins can remain.
May Allah forgive us for our shortcomings.
If you truly love Prophet ﷺ, you would try your best to emulate him, especially by following his commands and avoiding his prohibitions!

Many Christians make du’a (supplicate) to the Prophet who was sent to them and some Muslims make du’a to the Prophet sent to them. There’s no difference! Make du’a only to Creator of those Prophets (peace be upon them all).
