1. Sales Day Book

2. Sales Ledger

It provides detailed information about each customer's transactions, including amounts owed, payments received, and outstanding balances. The sales ledger helps businesses manage their accounts receivable and track customer payment histories.

3. Sales Control Account
The Sales Control Account is a summary account in the general ledger that aggregates the total sales recorded in the Sales Day Book and reflects the total amount owed by customers from the sales ledger. It provides a quick reference to the overall sales performance and outstanding receivables without needing to look at individual customer accounts. The balance in the sales control account should match the total of all individual customer balances in the sales ledger.
