And shouldn’t class 4 NIC be calculated on excess of trading profits before deducting Class 1 NIC?

Hello everyone, I have an issue regarding FR paper exam, I have booked an appointment for sep 2024 and the exam fees appeared as debit balance in due balances and then I decided not take this window and I didn’t pay the fees, now they send me a docket for the exam and the amount still in the debit balance
Knowing that in the transaction info the net payment due is on 20 Aug 2024, do anyone know if it will be cancel or not and what should I do to cancel this invoice ? Thanks in advance

Hi all
Company (P) incorporated in Nov 2022 , prepared 1st financials as per IGAAP. But since now become parent company by acquiring a subsy company (S) which follows Indas , therefore company p also has to prepare financials based on indas .
Do we need to prepare opening balancesheet i.e 1st April 2022 in this case as parent company does not exists as on date and incorporated later in dec 2022
