I am from the Caribbean. We have a community of all the counties in the Caribbean called Caricom.
My country is Trinidad & Tobago. My local body is ICATT.
ICATT grants me permission according to the laws that say I can sign once I’m qualified.
I cannot go to another Caricom country to sign audit reports without their country’s approval.

No. You are not qualified TO sign in another country. The local body, for Eg CA India will give you approval to sign. They will check your qualifications etc.

If you are refering to ratio analysis it is better to show workings of your calculations . You may get mark for correct workings even if your final answer is incorrect.

So by passing ACCA we don't get signing authority in any 180 countries where ACCA is accepted?

Each country will have their own CA body, that will give signing authority to the auditors. Of course, you have to be qualified before you can join the CA body in the country.
It might be easier to think of which country you want practice and research that country’s laws about signing
