CMA usa is the worst among these some are qualifying in less than 6 months so the chance of securing a job is the lowest in CMA us
Currently CA> ACCA in india
CMA is a different field we cant directly compare with CA and ACCA

I won’t suggest you to go for US CMA as you will already be having a professional degree (ACCA).
But if it’s your passion, you can go ahead.

If you are planning to do job in India, I would suggest you to take up Indian CMA.
I Personally have a couple of friends from CMA (India) background who are placed into MNCs.

If you are already having experience, you can comfortably skip ACCA. But if you are a fresher, professional qualification can add value and increases the chances of resume short listing.
If you are concerned about RoI, then you can probably pursue CA/CMA.
