2 major updates from the Turkish Exchange we would like to share, making the deal more attractive overall.

Update 1:
We are one of the first registrations with the Turkish Capital Market Board has been completed as an initial stage of Regulation efforts from Turkey. Applications have just recently been opened.

We expect secondary legislation to be issued in the next 6 months with expected licensing to be mandatory. We continue to plan for this and again will be one of the first to apply.

Update 2:
We have made significant progress in strategic co-operation with Turkey's largest private bank and will open our services to the bank's 15 million customers. According to our assumptions, we expect 100% growth both in terms of customers and revenues with this co-operation.

Localized Turkish Crypto Exchange for sale

The Crypto Exchange is looking for options around M&A or a fundraising round to be put into global growth and marketing. The fundraise valuation is $150M-$200M. Any M&A would then be evaluated based on this range.

Please also note that the volume numbers from 2021 to 2023 are a bit skewed as they are given in USD but the platform operates in Turkish Lira. When viewed in terms of Turkish Lira, there is a 50% decrease. In the same period, the exchange rate was 8.89 in 2021, and 23.74 in 2023. Therefore, there is nearly a threefold decrease in the value of the Turkish Lira against the dollar. We are working on getting volume numbers in Turkish Lira also.
