Government hospitals will invariably have negative bed turn over rates ...There will be patients waiting for beds.....but they efficiently take care of 80_90% of health care needs of the country which is the primary and secondary care. govt facilitiies that have tertiary care too, take a big burden of that level of care too ,inspite of stretched resources 🙏
