Instruments should be visible atleast in 2 angles for better clarity,in a flash card.In face to face viva,and the real physical instrument ,you can open the instrument and see.That privilege difficult to reproduce on a flash card.But doing my best

MCQ s should have a fair amount of clinical latitudes and longitudes to guide a student to at least hover around the right answers. Then they can use recall, analysis , reasoning or plain guessing to narrow down the options further . If you have doubts please tag me here . will be happy to help

Students don't mix up "classification" of surgical wounds with "outcome"As you go down the options the rate of infection will increase.It does not mean a "clean"wound by classification will be clean on outcome .Neither do all "dirty" wound by classification have to mandatorily get infected
