How many marks equal to 1 SCR?

Let's calculate a rough estimate

📊 Here are some stats:
- 40M $SCR is for marks holders
- 570K+ wallets are eligible
- Minimum marks for eligibility is 200
- Total marks: 827M (roughly)

But out of this 827M, many of those will be ineligible due to the 200 marks criteria

Let's make a rough calculation of the non-eligible marks
- 1.53M wallets have <10 marks
- 352K wallets have 10-50 marks
- 302K wallets have 50-100 marks
- 399K wallets have 100-200 marks

So we will take an average of all these ineligible marks
- 1.53M wallets: 9,180,000 marks [6 marks avg]
- 352K wallets: 8,800,000 marks [25 marks avg]
- 302K wallets: 15,100,000 marks [50 marks avg]
- 399K wallets: 59,850,000 marks [150 marks avg]

So total ineligible marks: 92,930,000

If we subtract it from the total marks [827M] we get 734M

If we divide it by the total allocation [40M], we get the final allo

I expect somewhere around 0.05-0.06
