🅱️ Bitcoin Update | Spot ETF Hype Is Over!
The major hype campaign established around the approval of a Bitcoin Spot ETF is now over, which is a welcome development as we can have some sanity back into the market.
The theory was that the launch of a Bitcoin Spot ETF would inject tons of funds into the market and thus end up as a bullish development, this after Bitcoin grew for more than a year straight.
It turns out that most of the ETFs are not Bitcoin Spot ETF but instead follow Bitcoin's price and the event ends up as a bearish development just as market cycle and price action predicts. We are now set to experience lower prices which is fully normal and expected.
This type of behaviour by the marketing people, news people and big players is the exact same we saw with the launch of the Ethereum Merge; They promised massive growth but what really happens is a market crash.
The reason they do this is to fool people, to deceive newbies, beginners, people that are now aware of how the markets, the charts work. These people would buy based on bad information at the top and then end up holding up for long. They are likely to sell at the bottom because the same news agencies will tell them that Bitcoin is doomed, once they sell prices reverse and start going up.
If you are a beginner, take the loss and move on.
Learn the lesson and prepare for the future because this strategy will continue to be used over and over to fool those that don't read.
Bitcoin is set to produce a correction and this will take down the entire market with it, no surprise, we've been expecting such and this is good because a new buy opportunity develops once we hit support... The market goes up and down, up and down... It went up for a long while, it will go down now and then back up.
This year 2024 might start with a correction but it will end up full green.

➖ Bitcoin produces the strongest bear volume today since November 2022.
➖ BTCUSD closed daily below EMA21 and EMA10.
➖ It is still early now, but the drop will speed up within days.
➖ $33,333 Is an easy target on the way down but this correction can go for months.
We normally sit back and relax, study and meditate while the correction takes place in order to be better prepared for the next bullish wave.
Experienced traders go into leverage/SHORT, there is also an opportunity for spot traders when looking at the Altcoins vs Bitcoin pairs, we have many trades available for those.

🍀 CAN YOU TURN IT OFF?
As soon as we start the day we get up and we go. There is no time to think, at least not to "stop and think" because the mind was on even before we woke up.
We get to work and start engaging in the varied activities of the day... We do take a break for lunch, for rest, but we are moving, we keep on going, day after day.
We go home and we prepare for the TV, food, computer, reading, the cell phone, stretching, breathing?
Still no time to concentrate on what was on my mind today.
Each time a thought comes that is unpleasant or which I am not ready to accept, I stand up and find some activity which distracts me once more and the chatter of the mind becomes second page.
We might not even be aware but the mind is on.
It keeps on going and going and so we do the same; Dinner with friends, the party, the park, the dog, clothing, make up, shaving and such... We engage in a different activity each time we are supposed to stop and consider our thoughts.
It has been going forever... Many of us are aware, some of us don't even know.
The more the thoughts accumulate, the more detached you become from creating your own reality, it is no longer you but your environment, the society, the country, other people that control the experiences that you will live through.
Then again we have a day off... The weekend comes and there is nothing to watch, nobody to talk to, nothing to do, nothing interesting to distract myself with on the phone.
When you sit back and relax and look up, finally, let's pay attention to what the mind has to say, what are the projections, let's consider the contents of our thoughts and immediately you think of a song...
It is so much, so much and it goes so deep that even before you realize it you fall asleep and next day wake up.
A new thought comes up but you cannot hear it, instead you move and the cycle repeats.
Your mind is running 24/7, all of the time... It keeps on going and going and going... Have you "looked at it"?
Have you taken the time to see and understand how it works?
Try answering this short question: Can you turn it off?

🅱️ Bitcoin, Altcoins, Profits & Losses. Are You Prepared?
Now, let's expand on this topic of being prepared... What does it mean to be prepared?
Let's go into the specifics because I can feel people still have many doubts.
Being prepared is keeping track of your positions and having a plan ready on how to act based on different scenarios.
For example, I cannot treat pairs such as INJUSDT and TRBUSDT the same as ADAUSDT and DOGEUSDT.
The reason being that the first set grew beyond 2,000% from their most recent market lows. Regardless of when you bought, if any bearish signal or strange feeling comes up it is ultra-wise to cut back on any open position. In fact, even without any major bearish signal after such strong growth it is always wise to secure some profits.
On the other hand, the latter set, DOGE and ADA, having grown by 100% or less need less attention, they can even continue growing.
I cannot treat SOLUSDT the same as DOTUSDT. The reason being that Solana already produced more than 800% growth from its major market bottom while Polkadot has grown by less than 200%. Being prepared is knowing the difference between each pair.
While Polygon can start growing now and grow really strong, other pairs such as Bitcoin and Injective are more likely to retrace because of their massive growth.
How you prepare depends on your trading plan; Are you here for the short- or the long-term?
The best way to get out of a trade?
If you use the charts, wait for bearish confirmation or try to predict a top based on the candles. This has its downside but also its upside. All choices will have advantages and disadvantages, you just need to choose what works best for you.
Some people focus mainly on a trailing stop, this is a great way to maximize potential gains on a winning trade. This is a great way to ride the wave all the way to the top.
Others sell portions at each target, this is great as well and requires early planning but once done can work hands off.
Another group of people, or I should say another option, is to set a target and stick to it and then get out. For example, some aim for 50% on a trade. Buy-in and sell all at 50% profits, then move on to the next trade regardless of what the pair does.
Being prepared means having a plan and not end up being a "bag holder" when the correction comes.
Why do I keep on harping and insisting about a correction?
When a market is hitting bottom, I need to tell you and remind you that the best is yet to come so you have time to prepare and profit from the bullish wave.
When the market is peaking, I need to tell you before-hand or else my job would only be done halfway.
Seeing these warnings doesn't mean that something is wrong with the market or that you need to get scared... It only means that growth is already happening and after massive growth we get a bearish wave.
If you are annoyed by this information it means that you are not prepared well enough.

Thank you for the support, it is incredible how many people show up to help at the time when it is needed the most.
I cannot complain about my life, much less about the results but there is something that I want to share with you, something seems to be off.

Is it normal to have a family that just don't know when to let go?
Why is it when you are enjoying your own hard work and dedication, someone is insisting in a need to go out, to party, to have "fun" and get drunk.
Fun for me is related to improving how I feel and personal growth.
I cannot have "fun" if the side-effect is a toxic liver that doesn't work.
For me fun is gaining in knowledge, studying, reading and exercising to be better fit to face the challenges that accompany me everyday. When the problem is not financial, it becomes psychological, if the psychology is fine, then money might get in the way.
There is alway a distraction or other that just want to call your attention, it wants to derail you, but it insists that it is for you own good, that you need to stop doing what you are doing because whatever is being offered will make feel good.
I can feel good through sex, gambling and drugs, it doesn't mean that it is beneficial for my mind and body and yet I respect everybody who decides that's what they need to enjoy life when they are off from work and growth.
I respect you and whoever in whatever choice you make. It is your life and even if I disagree you still have my support if you need it one day.
Just don't tell me to stop what I am doing because you belief it isn't right, if I can respect your dug addiction, you can respect my striving for a better life.
Then some other people continue to tell me and insist that I need to rest, tell that to Michael Jordan when he was training to be the best.
My point is to share that I am alive, aware, know and understand that each and everyone of us is different and have a different idea as to what is needed in this very moment to achieve a life in which feeling fulfilled is the goal...
I enjoy very much every challenge, I enjoy deeply doing my work.
It is a waste of time trying to stop me, I am just not ready to give up.

These are simple signals.
➖ Chiliz moved above EMA100 in June 2022 and this leads to a bullish wave.
Supported by a rising RSI.
➖ Chiliz is again moving above EMA100 today and this can definitely lead to a new bullish wave.
This move is supported by a very strong RSI and rising volume.
The big difference between December 2023 and June 2022 is the major low.
As CHZBTC is coming out of a major low, growth potential is so much higher, stronger.
The bigger the correction or the stronger the bearish phase is, the proceeding bullish phase potential also becomes higher. This is because all the weak hands have been removed. This is because all doubters are gone. This is because there are no sellers left. Whoever is left standing is here for the long-term. With such a strong base, the next bullish phase can be really strong in order to balance the down wave.
So we have a major lower low. I also showed you some pairs where we have a higher low.
These pairs are normally referred to as being stronger, the ones with the higher lows and this is true in some sense, but when it comes to growth potential, those that hit bottom or hit new lows can grow faster due to the reasons mentioned above.
I like the look on this chart.
Coming out of a major low... Once we hit bottom, the only place left to go is up!

Study hard, work hard, be persistent, keep on trying, over and over, never give up and try again... Invest in yourself, invest in your tools, eat natural clean foods, exercise and life will take care of the rest.

🍀 WHY THE ANXIETY?
I asked myself this question in relation to trading, why the anxiety?
Why do we feel stressed, unsure, insecure, uncomfortable when making a decision? After the decision is made while waiting, why the doubt and uncertainty?
Let's dive into this topic together because it is really important if you want to start trading or already trade and face this very much a common problem.
If you are feeling anxious before making a decision, before "pulling the trigger" on a pair, this might mean that you are not ready to bear the weight of your actions. It might mean that you are not prepared for the different outcomes, it might mean that you are not ready to make this move, to follow through. When we do our homework, our decision making process should be flawless, it tends to feel good.
No anxiety before buying but stress, doubt and insecurity afterward, why does this happens?
If you are doing just fine but become anxious after you made your move, this might mean that something is wrong. It can literally be a signal your body is sending you, trying to reach you, your mind, communicating that what you are doing and what you belief are not in agreement.
Your body has infinite intelligence, divine wisdom.
Your mind tends to express itself through the ego.
Your body runs all of the systems you need to survive, i.e. breathing, creates all of the chemicals that are needed every second, the hormones, proteins and such. Your body controls the temperature as well as the ph balance of your blood, your body knows everything because it is guided by divine wisdom while your ego can only react and know things that are present in the conscious memories of your mind.
If anxiety and stress become apparent after a decision is made, step back and review your plan, there might be something missed, for example, the size of your position might just be too big, a loss might be too tough and thus the anxiety.
Trading should be easy.
Trading should be profitable.
Trading is bound to be fun.
If you are feeling anxious, insecure, full with doubt or worse, it just means that you need more time to study, to prepare, better planning, maybe even better health before you start the show.
Take the time to prepare... What would you do if things don't go your way?
What would you do if everything goes fine, the market moves in your expected direction, when will you sell and buy how much?
What if there is a sudden crash in one of the pairs you are trading, will you hold? If yes, for how long? Will you close at a loss? If yes, when and which criteria needs to meet for you to move forward?
It is unwise to change your stop-loss after the drop has already started...
It is unwise to change your resistance and move your targets higher...
It is all a waiting game... But at one point, we have to take action and for this moment we have to prepare.
Do your research and anxiety goes away.
