Calling all teachers and parents!
The most profound legacy of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), beyond the revelation of the Qur’an, was the caliber of his companions whom he left behind. He nurtured individuals so exemplary that each one could have been a worthy candidate for leadership after him.
Parents, teachers, scholars, and mentors - your impact isn't just measured by what YOU achieve, but by those who carry your legacy forward. Succession is a true testament to your success.
There is a profound difference between believing in the Day of Judgement and centralizing it. All Muslims do the former, but it is only a select minority who achieve the latter.
Believing in it entails accepting its existence. Centralizing it, however, occurs when the thought of that inevitable day constantly lingers in one's mind, ever-present, from the break of dawn until the moment one rests, till it becomes the compass that navigates your everyday thoughts, statements, decisions and actions.
I know you believe in it. Have you centralized it?
Life's heaviest burden is to have nothing to carry. Just as we recognise how eating is not only necessary, but can be a source of immense pleasure, the same holds true for duty and responsibility.

When listening to someone, engage all of the following;
Ears—I hear what you say.
Eyes—I see what you say.
Heart—I feel what you say.
Undivided attention—I value who you are and what you say.
This is when positive relationships are built, persuasion becomes possible and the right to lead is earned.
Metal is usually weighed in tons, food in kilos, gold in grams, and diamond in carats.
As for your deeds, they shall be weighed - in the court of Allah - in atoms.
فَمَنْ يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ خَيْرًا يَرَهُ (7) وَمَنْ يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ شَرًّا يَرَهُ
"So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it. And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it." (Al-Qur’an, 99:7-8)
The scales of the day of judgement are immensely sensitive, ones that detect the smallest units of deeds.
Do not belittle any good deed.
Do not belittle any sin.
