SEC Delays Decision On Invesco Galaxy Ethereum Spot ETF Until July 2024

According to PANews, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has announced a delay in its decision regarding the Invesco Galaxy Ethereum Spot ETF until July 5, 2024. The SEC stated in a document released on Monday that it believes it is appropriate to designate a longer period for issuing an order approving or disapproving the proposed rule change, in order to have sufficient time to consider the proposed rule change and the issues raised therein.

Over the past few weeks, the SEC has also postponed decisions on other Ethereum Spot ETFs, including those from Grayscale, Franklin Templeton, VanEck, and BlackRock. The SEC's decision to delay its ruling is seen as a move to ensure thorough consideration of the proposed changes and the questions they raise. The delay also affects other firms awaiting decisions on their Ethereum Spot ETFs.

Market Update: We’ve been calling Bitcoin to 57000-58,000 since last one month in our Premium which just got hit last week!

While Bitcoin hits 57,000 level, Altcoins haven’t dumped much and held there! Now that Bitcoin pumped to 65,000 and currently trading at 63,220, Altcoins pumped 10-20-30% but now started to turning around as Bitcoin rejected the 65k resistance! So what’s Bitcoin’s next move! Here’s what i am expecting :

Bitcoin could retest 59k level and slides down to 57k level to form a double bottom and bounce from there! However, If 57k level broken and traded below then there is a liquidity grab around 54k-52k area! We could see a wick to these levels! If that happens, then the altcoins will hit absolute bottom and will make a great buying opportunity!
Having said that some altcoins have already formed a bottom and might drop another 3-5% and some will drop 10-20% more!

However, IF Bitcoin holds and stays above 59k retest level then expect that as a low in the entire market and consider a bottom reversal from there which will take Bitcoin past 73-75k level!

FTX Update: Nearly All Customers to Receive Full Refunds Plus Interest

Good News for FTX Customers
Nearly all #FTX customers are set to receive their funds back, with interest! After the collapse in November 2022, FTX announced that between $14.5 billion and $16.3 billion would be distributed back to users.

Reimbursement Details
▪️ Customers and creditors owed $50,000 or less will receive about 118% of their claim.
▪️ This covers approximately 98% of FTX customers.
▪️ After full claim payments, additional interest may be paid if funds are still available.

Note on Crypto Value:
▪️ Customers will be paid back the cash value of their #cryptocurrency assets from the time of FTX’s collapse, plus some interest.
▪️ However, this might be less than the current market value, as crypto prices have surged since then.

FTX Background:
▪️ Co-founded in 2019 by Sam Bankman-Fried, FTX was once a leading crypto exchange.
▪️ Bankman-Fried faced criminal charges and was convicted of fraud, leading to a 25-year prison sentence.

Source of Funds:
The repayment funds come from assets controlled by the debtors, U.S. DOJ, authorities in Australia and the Bahamas, and various private parties.

Next Steps:
The reimbursement plan is awaiting final approval in U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
