Читать полностью…Look for your fulfillment. Many are lost because they don't know what truly makes them happy. I've been there. We want happiness but fail to understand that happiness is a by product of something fulfilling for you. So we wander around wondering and hoping someone can fill that void for us. Avoid doing that. We must learn to love who we are now despite our human defects. We must come to love who we are becoming and who we will be. These are the 3 necessary phases that can turn ones life around. Yes acceptance of you! Your responsibility is to learn more about the magnificent being that you have always been but have forgotten through all the challenges and set backs of life!
Start dating yourself. Yes! Date you! Learn more about you than anyone else could or would know. Cherish what you have to offer with this limited time here on Earth. Tomorrow is not guaranteed to anyone. It's an honor to awaken with the rising of the sun each day. Respect that privilege and get real on winning and fight for your real self to take on the very challenges needed to bring out the best in you. Pay attention to the person you ignore the most! Get to know the best of you that has a Dream and a Purpose. You have always been worth it! Believe the Champion in You! -Adrian Starks
Gooood morning
Have a great day....😊
"Simplify your life challenge" and I couldn't think of a more fitting way to wrap things up than with this timeless quote by Brian Tracy.
~
So far this week we have made changes to our environment, to our daily routines & rituals , we've also sorted out our business and personal projects and started to simplify our relationship and finances.
~
Day 7, is all about making peace part of your life and the number one reason why our lives are so hectic and full of uncertainty and anxiety is because we have failed to look within and find peace and calm in our internal world.
~
Most of the stuff we have covered has been in the external world and on the surface, but if you really want to get in control of your life and live a simpler, more beautiful and more meaningful life... you have to learn to master yourself.
~
So today, we are going to plant a seed that you are going to protect and nurture and nourish until your last breath on earth or mars, if you happen to end up in some retirement home up there.
~
Finding peace within is part of your life's work, it is something you never stop striving for but it is something you learn to master as you evolve and grow.
~
So your challenge for today and into eternity is to find ways that you can find peace and calm within, every day as part of your daily life.
~
I can recommend many ways for you to find peace, and I already have numerous times through my work but I want you to come up with your own unique ideas and listen to your own soul and find out what strategies you could implement every day to help you master your self and find inner peace.
~
That answer exists within you, and no one is more qualified than you to work out how you could find peace within... we are all different and trust me not every strategy works for every soul... so that's where you have to listen to the beat of your own heart.
~
So invest sometime really thinking about finding peace and later today I'll give you my best tips for finding inner peace on my Instagram story... but for now I want you to come up with a list of your own ideas.
~
Don't skip this step. This is they key that unlocks everything...

When the lives and the rights of children are at stake, there must be no silent witnesses.....
#WorldDayAgainstChildLabour
“Child labor and poverty are inevitably bound together and if you continue to use the labor of children as the treatment for the social disease of poverty, you will have both poverty and child labor to the end of time.”
- Grace Abbott
#WorldDayAgainstChildLabour
Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life -- think of it, dream of it, live on that idea. Let the brain, muscles, nerves, every part of your body be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success.

At the end of the day, nothing is worth it if you aren't happy!
~
Whatever you're doing and whatever you are moving towards, make sure it will give you the greatest and deepest sense of joy and fulfilment.
~
Life is too short to waste time fighting for something you don't even love or care about simply because it's what the world and people in your life expect from you!
~
You have a duty to yourself to be happy and you owe no one an explanation for that!

*Looking at things with the other view*
Those times when friends let you down and seem not to give attention to you.... pushing harder to tie your self to them may make you look like a pathetic low esteemed attention seeker. Instead you could take that time off and secretly build your self like a time bomb.... the thing about it is that you never know what happens behind the scenes but only get shocked at its explosion. ...just like that, surprise them with your success. Show them you could make it on your own.
Time always tells.
Check out my full list of self-kindness acts and give it a shot. You just might surprise yourself.
1. Take a selfie to keep, not share.
2. Write down one thing to celebrate and let myself feel that happiness.
3. Floss.
4. Read one book chapter for pleasure.
5. Learn one new thing.
6. Make my bed.
7. List three things I appreciate about myself.
8. Get into nature/do something outside.
9. Do one thing to further my career. Replace “I have to” with “I get to.”
10. Meditate for 10 minutes.
11. Say no to something I don’t want to do.
12. Listen to one new uplifting song. Focus on the words, and don’t multitask.
13. Note every instance of negative self-talk. Replace with positive words.
14. Say, “I am enough.”
15. Put my phone out of reach for one hour.
16. Do one thing that scares me.
17. Watch one funny video and let myself laugh and recharge.
18. Color.

The majority of excuses we have are the ones we have manufactured for ourselves. If you can create excuses you can also create the reasons to go beyond them. -Adrian Starks
Good morning
Have a great day....😊
Take it easy. Everything will not always go accordingly as planned. You will not always have the answer or a firm explanation of why that happened. Just go with flow so you can grow. Understand that this is a journey. The journey will unfold to you many things. One step, one thought, one day and one victory at a time. Noticed I didn't say failure there. No one expects failure. It just can happen. So don't be so hard on yourself. Keep on steppin! You have a meeting with "I knew my time would come".
I am reminded of a conversation between the oak tree and the reef. During a storm the oak tree was uprooted from the high winds and was washed down the river only to find reefs safe and still in their place. It wondered how it could be uprooted when it was so big and strong. The tree also questioned why the reefs were still in their place respectfully rooted. One of the reefs said, "its simple". You fought against the storm and we bent with it. We knew how to be flexible. So take it easy Champion. Go with the flow of a challenge so that you can learn and grow. The storm or challenge will make you stronger. Stay in it to win it. Believe the Champion in You! -Adrian Starks
Good morning
Have a great day😊😊
Friction occurs in our lives when we resist the movements of change. The greatest example of this is from earthquakes. They occur when two tectonic plates beneath the surface of the Earth lock in place when getting too close. The Earth shakes when these two plates furiously jar themselves loose to be able to glide once again and move freely.
I would like for you to think about the friction in your life currently. What really has you stuck in place right now? Reflect on that for a few minutes. To grow there will need to be some moving and shaking on your part. What changes will you need to implement to be able to think and move more freely? No one should live still and unchanging because the world will not. To win with life you must move with it and be flexible to change. Don't stop improving! Have courage! Believe the Champion in You! -Adrian Starks

Small hands can handle a pen better. Lend your support to abolish child labor....
