🌱🌱🌱Building A Life On The Foundation Of Faith🌱🌱🌱
Don’t live by to-do lists, goal programs, and life hacks. These things will make you feel busy, and productive, and important, but they are distractions. Live by faith. Live by letting go of your monkey mind and your inner taskmaster.
Living by faith doesn’t mean doing nothing. It means focusing on the most important thing first. It’s about being in the moment, taking it one step at a time, allowing things to fall into place. And taking action when you feel lead to.
Living by faith involves less action, less thinking, and less self-induced stress. It involves more going with the flow. More trusting that things will work out, and that you’ll know the right thing to do at the right time. It’s about acceptance of the fact that not everything is supposed to go your way.
In a way, it’s counter-intuitive. Because we have been trained by our culture to be as busy as possible. And to work as hard as possible. And to fight for everything. If you have a parent who is not easy to impress, it’s worse.
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve tried to take things into my own hands and failed. And how many times I’ve succeeded by letting things go.
Trust that God will give you wisdom in the moment. Rather than having everything planned out and trying to force things to come to fruition.
It works. Whether it makes sense or not, it works.🍀🍀🍀

We all have moments when we allow others to cause us to react emotionally, especially in anger. Often we regret our response later, and we vow we will never allow ourselves to behave in this fashion again. The next time you feel the anger rising, remind yourself that no one can make you angry or emotional without your consent — indeed, your active participation is required. Those who have learned to manage themselves are the individuals who are destined to be leaders. They are chosen to manage others because they have demonstrated that they can manage themselves. They are people of character.
Don't hope, Decide: While waiting to pick up a friend at the airport in Portland, Oregon, I had one of those life-changing experiences that you hear other people talk about — the kind that sneaks up on you unexpectedly. This one occurred a mere two feet away from me.
Straining to locate my friend among the passengers deplaning through the jet way, I noticed a man coming toward me carrying two light bags. He stopped right next to me to greet his family.
First he motioned to his youngest son (maybe six years old) as he laid down his bags. They gave each other a long, loving hug. As they separated enough to look in each other’s face, I heard the father say, “It’s so good to see you, son. I missed you so much!” His son smiled somewhat shyly, averted his eyes and replied softly, “Me, too, Dad!”
Then the man stood up, gazed in the eyes of his oldest son (maybe nine or ten) and while cupping his son’s face in his hands said, “You’re already quite the young man. I love you very much, Zach!” They too hugged a most loving, tender hug.
While this was happening, a baby girl (perhaps one or one-and-a-half) was squirming excitedly in her mother’s arms, never once taking her little eyes off the wonderful sight of her returning father. The man said, “Hi, baby girl!” as he gently took the child from her mother. He quickly kissed her face all over and then held her close to his chest while rocking her from side to side. The little girl instantly relaxed and simply laid her head on his shoulder, motionless in pure contentment.
After several moments, he handed his daughter to his oldest son and declared, “I’ve saved the best for last!” and proceeded to give his wife the longest, most passionate kiss I ever remember seeing. He gazed into her eyes for several seconds and then silently mouthed. “I love you so much!” They stared at each other’s eyes, beaming big smiles at one another, while holding both hands.
For an instant they reminded me of newlyweds, but I knew by the age of their kids that they couldn’t possibly be. I puzzled about it for a moment then realized how totally engrossed I was in the wonderful display of unconditional love not more than an arm’s length away from me. I suddenly felt uncomfortable, as if I was invading something sacred, but was amazed to hear my own voice nervously ask, “Wow! How long have you two been married?
“Been together fourteen years total, married twelve of those.” he replied, without breaking his gaze from his lovely wife’s face. “Well then, how long have you been away?” I asked. The man finally turned and looked at me, still beaming his joyous smile. “Two whole days!”
Two days? I was stunned. By the intensity of the greeting, I had assumed he’d been gone for at least several weeks – if not months. I know my expression betrayed me.
I said almost offhandedly, hoping to end my intrusion with some semblance of grace (and to get back to searching for my friend), “I hope my marriage is still that passionate after twelve years!”
The man suddenly stopped smiling.
He looked me straight in the eye, and with forcefulness that burned right into my soul, he told me something that left me a different person. He told me, “Don’t hope, friend… decide!” Then he flashed me his wonderful smile again, shook my hand and said, “God bless!”
✒️✒️Smartest Man in The World🖌🖌
A doctor, a lawyer, a little boy and a priest were out for a Sunday afternoon flight on a small private plane. Suddenly, the plane developed engine trouble. In spite of the best efforts of the pilot, the plane started to go down. Finally, the pilot grabbed a parachute and yelled to the passengers that they better jump, and he himself bailed out.
Unfortunately, there were only three parachutes remaining.
The doctor grabbed one and said “I’m a doctor, I save lives, so I must live,” and jumped out.
The lawyer then said, “I’m a lawyer and lawyers are the smartest people in the world. I deserve to live.” He also grabbed a parachute and jumped.
The priest looked at the little boy and said, “My son, I’ve lived a long and full life. You are young and have your whole life ahead of you. Take the last parachute and live in peace.”
The little boy handed the parachute back to the priest and said, “Not to worry Father. The smartest man in the world just took off with my back pack.”

🖌🖌Struggles of Our Life✒️✒️
Once upon a time a daughter complained to her father that her life was miserable and that she didn’t know how she was going to make it. She was tired of fighting and struggling all the time. It seemed just as one problem was solved, another one soon followed. Her father, a chef, took her to the kitchen. He filled three pots with water and placed each on a high fire.
Once the three pots began to boil, he placed potatoes in one pot, eggs in the second pot and ground coffee beans in the third pot. He then let them sit and boil, without saying a word to his daughter. The daughter, moaned and impatiently waited, wondering what he was doing. After twenty minutes he turned off the burners. He took the potatoes out of the pot and placed them in a bowl. He pulled the eggs out and placed them in a bowl. He then ladled the coffee out and placed it in a cup.
Turning to her, he asked. “Daughter, what do you see?” “Potatoes, eggs and coffee,” she hastily replied.
“Look closer”, he said, “and touch the potatoes.” She did and noted that they were soft.
He then asked her to take an egg and break it. After pulling off the shell, she observed the hard-boiled egg.
Finally, he asked her to sip the coffee. Its rich aroma brought a smile to her face.
“Father, what does this mean?” she asked.
He then explained that the potatoes, the eggs and coffee beans had each faced the same adversity-the boiling water. However, each one reacted differently. The potato went in strong, hard and unrelenting, but in boiling water, it became soft and weak. The egg was fragile, with the thin outer shell protecting its liquid interior until it was put in the boiling water. Then the inside of the egg became hard. However, the ground coffee beans were unique. After they were exposed to the boiling water, they changed the water and created something new.
“Which one are you?” he asked his daughter. “When adversity knocks on your door, how do you respond? Are you a potato, an egg, or a coffee bean?”
Moral: In life, things happen around us, things happen to us, but the only thing that truly matters is how you choose to react to it and what you make out of it. Life is all about leaning, adopting and converting all the struggles that we experience into something positive.🍀🍀🍀

”You can not solve a problem with the same mindset that caused the problem...” Rather than delve in negative situations, choose to focus on positives awaiting, just beyond that negative, just like an eagle who when attacked by a flock of crows, chooses to fly higher and out of their reach rather than fighting back. When a problem comes in contact with good attitude the result is an inspirational story. Always possess positive attitude and thoughts and face negative situations with positive and good attitude and Go On Going On. Write about things you read🖌🖌🖌
There’s a great deal of power to writing about things you read. And one of best ways to reinforce your learning of something is to teach it to someone else. Many of articles and book chapters are often inspired by things I’ve read. When we write about the things we read, we not only reinforce those ideas, we synthesize them and gain our own insights from them.
Take the example of something I’ve written quite a bit about over the last year: deep work. As a byproduct of writing so much about it, my own ability to do deep work has increased significantly. It also had a significant impact on the content of my upcoming book.
Out with the old and in with the new! Happy 2018 Champions around the world. Today I spent some time organizing and to no surprise I had many things that I have not used in a while and will not be using. These things were just taking up unnecessary space. Also I noticed things that I had forgotten about that could be very useful for me now. This is exactly how our lives work. When we hold onto things that are unnecessary for us we prevent ourselves from accepting anything new and useful into our lives. We just can’t let go and we should!
The second thing that occurs when our lives are cluttered is that we don’t see that we are currently standing in the midst of some valuable things that could add more value to our daily lives right now. We simply can’t see the good in all the rubbish around us. So, let 2018 not be about just one day of celebration then back to the norm. Many will do this! It should be a Year dedication of spending your time decluttering your lives so that you can breathe your own rightful air! Clean your closets, cars, offices, homes, classrooms, wherever you find things cluttering and keep it maintained. When you clutter, you bury the Champion that could see things more clearly for you. Spend time this week seeing what is blocking up your lives and decide if it is truly worth it. Start clearing the way to your success! Believe the Champion in You! -Adrian Starks

The SIMPLEST way to bring BALANCE to your THOUGHTS and EMOTIONS is UNWAVERING COMMITMENT towards SOMETHING.
अपने "विचारों" और "भावनाओं" के साथ संतुलन बनाने का सबसे सरल तरीका है कि,
किसी भी चीज के प्रति अपनी प्रतिबद्धता अटल रखें।

Most great people have attained their greatest success just one step beyond their greatest failure.
Читать полностью…Every time you influence another person to do a better job, you benefit that person and you increase your own value.
Someone once said that no one can really motivate anyone else; all we can do is motivate ourselves and hope it catches on. You will probably never know how much you influence others with your behavior. When you always go the extra mile, you will influence those in your circle of friends and acquaintances, your family, your co-workers, and even your bosses to do more and better than they have done before. Your value to yourself and others is greatly enhanced by your ability to influence others to be happier, more productive people. There are no salary caps or career limits for those who lead others to great heights of success. Such people are simply too valuable.

”Your Thoughts create your Reality...” What we see in any situation is actually what we expect to see. We get exactly what we focus on. Quite obviously we must therefore focus on ’what we want’ and surely not on ’what we do not want’ and we will have all that we wish to have! Focus on personal abundance and Go On Going On. Prosperity, peace, happiness and blessings will come your way.✨💕💐

🌱Controlling Temper🌱
There once was a little boy who had a bad temper. His father gave him a bag of nails and told him that every time he lost his temper, he must hammer a nail into the fence.
The first day the boy had driven 37 nails into the fence. Over the next few weeks as he learned to control his anger, the number of nails hammered daily, gradually dwindled down. He discovered it was easier to hold his temper than to drive those nails into the fence. Finally the day came when the boy didn’t lose his temper at all. He told his father about it and the father suggested that the boy now pull out one nail for each day that he was able to hold his temper.
The days passed and the young boy was finally able to tell his father that all the nails were gone. The father took his son by the hand and led him to the fence. He said “you have done well, my son, but look at the holes in the fence. The fence will never be the same. When you say things in anger, they leave a scar just like this one.”
Moral: You can put a knife in a man and draw it out. It won’t matter how many times you say I’m sorry, the wound is still there. Make sure you control your temper the next time you are tempted to say something you will regret later.

✏️✏️✏️Implement What you Read, but Start Small🖌🖌🖌
One of the major reasons people fail to implement what they read into their lives is they bite off more than they can chew. They read some book and attempt a massive overhaul of their life. Because this isn’t sustainable, they usually find themselves right back where they started. They assume the ideas in the book don’t work and start looking for the next book to read or the next guru to worship. This continues the vicious cycle of personal development.
When I read Shawn Achor’s book The Happiness Advantage there were so many actionable ideas that I wanted to immediately implement in my life. But the one that stood out was the concept of a activation energy. I decided to apply it to my wiring process by putting my journal out on my desk the night before and by blocking distractions. That led to my keystone habit of writing 1000 words a day, which eventually lead to reading 100 books a year, a daily meditation habit and much more. It was one small thing that lead me there.
One of the best pieces of advice I can give you for habit creation is that it should be easy to do daily, even effortless. If you only do this once and never do it again you’ll fail to see the value in it. That would be a bit like going to the gym, never going back, and wondering why you’re not in the most amazing shape of your life. The more difficult and time consuming, the more difficult the habit to adhere to. The trick to remembering and retention, is to take what you learn from reading and apply little daily doses to your life. Do it for 10 books and before you know it, you’ll have a new system for taking action on things you read.📖📖📖
🌱🌱🌱How to Remember and Take Action on What you Read🌱🌱🌱
Chances are you’ve read dozens of articles on the internet this week and maybe you’ve even finished reading book or two. You may have even underlined or highlighted a few passages in what you’ve read. You’ve thought to yourself “I can’t wait to implement that in my life or business.” A few days later you can’t even remember what you read or where it came from. And this continues the vicious cycle of excessive consumption which limits your creativity and prevents you from consuming less and creating more.
Practical application of what you read reinforces what you’ve learned because you’re forced to integrate it into your life. If all you do is consume, you’re much more likely to forget what you read.
If you want to actually remember what you read, and take action on it, you have to develop a system.
You can utilize the notecard system that Ryan Holiday learned from Robert Greene.
You can use Evernote to build a second brain the way the Tiago Forte does
Regardless of what method you use, having a system is essential to increasing your creative output, remembering what you read, and taking action on it.
Any dominating idea, plan or purpose held in the conscious mind through repetition of thought and emotionalized by a burning desire for its realization is taken over by the subconscious...
