Loafing on your job hurts your employer, but it hurts you more.
Some people expend far more energy getting out of work than they would spend doing the job well. They may think they are fooling the boss, but they are only fooling themselves. An employer may not know all the details of every job or every task an individual performs, but a good manager knows the results of effort. You can be sure that when promotions or plum assignments become available, they won’t be offered to loafers. If you do your job cheerfully and well, not only are you more likely to be recognized and rewarded, but you also learn how to do your job better. As you become more proficient, you become more valuable to your employer. You also acquire the most valuable of all assets — the confidence that comes from knowing you possess skills that will increase your value to any organization.
You may not always have a comfortable life and you will not always be able to solve all of the world's problems at once but don't ever underestimate the importance you can have because history has shown us that courage can be contagious and hope can take on a life of its own.

The Dream has been misused and misunderstood. We speak of dreams and even wish for them but to have it become your reality, you must be awake each day and have specific actions that you are doing that is designed specifically for the conditioning of living your Dream. You cannot ask for what you are not willing to give. Nature’s law will not allow you to break what has been locked and sealed for centuries. I think that way too often we mistake the Dream for casual living. No stress, no fuss, only chilling somewhere having everything we have ever wanted.

Yes the dream is work and doing what you love to do. King Solomon, considered one of the wisest men of his time, gave his advisors a task. He asked them to find a way in which he could make himself happy when he’s sad or make himself sad when’s happy.
His advisors thought for a long time and eventually found a solution. No, their solution wasn’t an elaborate machine or something physical, instead their solution was a quote.
This too shall pass.
The advisor’s solution worked. Whenever Solomon found himself to be too happy he remembered that the moment he was enjoying was fleeting. At the same time, when Solomon found himself sad, the quote reminded him that his sadness was temporary.
What is the lesson from this story? The quote teaches you to enjoy the moment. You may be at the happiest point in your life, but that happiness isn’t permanent, so you should enjoy it while it lasts. But, if you feel miserable, the quote shows you that your sadness isn’t indefinite. Soon you’ll be back to normal.
A bull may have good qualities, but you will never bring them out by waving a red flag in his face.
Arousing others is easy — if you don’t care what kind of action you inspire. If you wish to create a positive response in others, you do so by example and through the art of gentle persuasion, not by daring them to attack. When you work with others, concentrate on their positive attributes, not on the things they dislike or fear. When you take the time to get to know your associates, to learn about their hopes, dreams, and aspirations, you can determine what motivates them. You can then show them how they can align their goals with yours to work together for your mutual advantage. When you do, everybody wins.

Once upon a time, there was a man who was very helpful, kindhearted, and generous. He was a man who will help someone without asking anything to pay him back. He will help someone because he wants to and he loves to. One day while walking into a dusty road, this man saw a purse, so he picked it up and noticed that the purse was empty. Suddenly a woman with a policeman shows up and gets him arrested.
The woman kept on asking where did he hide her money but the man replied, “It was empty when I found it, Mam.” The woman yelled at him, “Please give it back, It’s for my son’s school fees.” The man noticed that the woman really felt sad, so he handed all his money. He could say that the woman was a single mother. The man said, “Take these, sorry for the inconvenience.” The woman left and policeman held he man for further questioning.
The woman was very happy but when she counted her money later on, it was doubled, she was shocked. One day while woman was going to pay her son’s school fees towards the school, she noticed that some skinny man was walking behind her. She thought that he may rob her, so she approached a policeman standing nearby. He was the same policeman, who she took along to inquire about her purse. The woman told him about the man following her, but suddenly they saw that man collapsing. They ran at him, and saw that he was the same man whom they arrested few days back for stealing a purse.
He looked very weak and woman was confused. The policeman said to the woman, “He didn’t return your money, he gave you his money that day. He wasn’t the thief but hearing about you son’s school fees, he felt sad and gave you his money.” Later, they helped man stand up, and man told the woman, “Please go ahead and pay your son’s school fees, I saw you and followed you to be sure that no one steals your son’s school fees.” The woman was speechless.
Moral: Life gives you strange experiences, sometime it shocks you and sometimes it may surprise you. We end up making wrong judgments or mistakes in our anger, desperation and frustration. However, when you get a second chance, correct your mistakes and return the favor. Be Kind and Generous. Learn to Appreciate what you are given.🍀🍀🍀
You are either honest or dishonest. There can be no compromise between the two.
Officials who deal with fraud and theft say they are often amazed at the small amounts of money some people will steal. Some people will sell their integrity for a pittance. To those individuals, dishonest behavior is not an occasional occurrence — it is a way of life. Those who lie about insignificant things or steal trivial amounts of money will develop the habit of lying and stealing. As you look back on your own behavior, can you do so with pride in the knowledge that you have always been honest? If you cannot, perhaps it is time to think about the times when you chose dishonest behavior. Why did you do it? Was it worth it? Wouldn’t the consequences of being honest and truthful have been far better in those circumstances? Learn from your mistakes and vow that from this day forward you will always be honest.

One of the most destructive evils in this world is slanderous talk. It breaks human hearts and ruins reputations with a ruthlessness unknown of all other evils.
Slander resembles a double-edged sword – it cuts going and coming. It not only undermines the one slandered but, it comes back like a boomerang and gnaws at the reputation of the slanderer as well. The slanderer soon becomes accustomed to seeing only the petty sides of others. Little by little he bathes his own soul in the foulness of his own thoughts and words until he cannot see the beauty in anything or anyone.
He measures everything by his own standard. Take notice of those who slander or engage in any sort of suggestive evil speaking about others and you will see as clearly as you can see the sun on a bright day, that their words are but a confession of their own heart secrets. The faults which we find in our neighbors most readily are usually but a reflection of our own weakness.
“A man only begins to be a man when he ceases to whine and revile, and commences to search for the hidden justice which regulates his life. And as he adapts his mind to that regulating factor, he ceases to accuse others as the cause of his unhappy condition and builds himself up in strong and noble thoughts. Here is a test that you can apply to yourself with profit: The next time the name of someone whom you dislike is mentioned in your presence see if you can either hold your tongue or speak no evil of that person. If you meet the test you have reason to be proud of yourself because you are vitalizing your personality with that peculiar brand of magnetism which will attract the best people in your neighborhood to you. You do not attract that which you want, but that which you harbor in your own heart; in fact, that which you are! This is in accordance with a well established principle which never varies. Through the operation of this principle, which is nothing more or less than the Golden Rule, you can rise to the heights in any position; you can attract customers or clients in any business or profession; you can make permanent friends of all whom you know, and, best of all, you can fill your own heart with self-respect and happiness which none who look for the meanness in other people ever experience. You can get any person to act toward you as you wish him to act by first acting that same way toward him, and then keeping at it until he responds in kind, which will be sooner than you might imagine. Try it.

People who make their dreams come true, do so by faith and not by sight! There are times when all the odds will be against you.
You can't point to a single physical evidence in your favour and times when you will get emotionally exhausted.
You will get discouraged, face difficulties or run into roadblocks.
In these moments, you have to call on your faith to persevere. Your faith in yourself is all that matters at this point to keep you going.
