How do I overcome the hatred I feel when other people succeed? by Ritisha Vimal https://www.quora.com/How-do-I-overcome-the-hatred-I-feel-when-other-people-succeed/answer/Ritisha-Vimal?share=5a3c4f4f&srid=Y7rw

But often the givers can find themselves empty in relationships with nothing more to give but bitterness, frustration and anger. Yes people can take advantage of you and use you up until they have had their share. This is where you have to draw the line. If you find yourself with takers in "taking" relationships whether personal, family or business, "take" a step back and reevaluate your worth and position. Don't let your affection become your infection! It can spread a dis-ease you will feel about yourself.
Les Brown would ask you, "Is your relationship nourishing or is it toxic?" Well which one is it? But I do understand that what orbits your planetary mind and fills its empty spaces are memories of the "good times" or I know deep down they are a "good person". Well so are you! Don't neglect yourself by trying to please someone or everyone at the expense of your well being. You must claim a different space within yourself and summon the courage of a Champion to stand for what you want. What do you really want? Nothing wrong with wanting the best for yourself. Expect the best for you and you will in turn expect the best from others. Know your worth and don't let anyone underestimate the value you bring. Surround yourself with uplifting relationships that challenge you to grow but do not keep you from growing. You can win because you don't deserve to lose. Believe the Champion in You! -Adrian Starks

You can't expect all that is good and beautiful in the world to enter your life with a closed heart.
•
Be open to receiving all that is good in your life by opening your heart, opening your mind and allowing yourself to be surrounded by what it is you truly want in your life.
•
It's up to you to be kind, generous, caring and sharing on a daily basis because that is how we open our heart to the universe and allow even more beautiful things to enter our lives!
•
The secret to living is giving and you can't give with a closed heart!

Take no offense. Stay strong in your desire to be the best version of yourself possible. Here is why. As you change, people's perception of you will change. They will utter that key phrase "you've changed" and yes you have! The only difference is that you are changing now for you, for the life you want and so rightfully deserve. Don't feel guilty about that.
Take no offense but use it as a compliment. This is not about conforming anymore and trying to be liked or loved by every person that crosses your path. This is about you understanding that the closest love you will ever have is the heart that beats undeniably for you. Feel it's rhythm and move towards it. Be as you want and envision to be and the right people will love you for the truth that you live. Believe the Champion In You! -Adrian Starks

If you're going to beat yourself up for all the things you're doing wrong, then you better reward yourself for all the things you are doing right!
~
I can tell you right now, that you are getting many more things right, than you are getting things wrong.
~
But, I guess It's only natural to be hard on yourself and be overly critical of your results and performance, but you have to learn to be fair with yourself and how you measure your actual performance.
~
We all spend so much time focusing on what we haven't got right or what we haven't achieved that we forget that we have accomplished a hell of a lot.
~
Every single one of you is doing a tremendous job, you might not be there yet and you might be going through some pretty tough times but the truth is you're still moving forward and you're still getting many things right.
~
So this week, I want you to take a step back and just look at all the things you are getting right, all the skills you have developed and knowledge and understanding you have now that you didn't have a year or so ago.
~
Take a look at all the things you are proficient in, they may be major tasks and skills or they may be minor things that no one else notices.
~
I want you to write down all the things you are doing right and have mastered and see for yourself how accomplished you are becoming and how much you have going for you.
~
If all you focus on is what you aren't, what you haven't got and how badly you are doing then you're not being fair to yourself and that's a recipe for unnecessary stress, depression, burn out and illness somewhere down the line.
~
You've got to take the good with the bad, that means you have to celebrate and reward yourself for the things you are doing right and making progress on. If you're not sure how that works then take a look at how we train puppies and teach our children, with positive reinforcement rather than beating them up every time they get things wrong.
~
I want to see some long lists by the end of the week, because you are doing many great things and once you start to see that for yourself, you will start to believe in yourself a little more and start to build a even more momentum.

How do I stay inspired in every second of life? by Ritisha Vimal https://www.quora.com/How-do-I-stay-inspired-in-every-second-of-life/answer/Ritisha-Vimal?share=2ee1980b&srid=Y7rw

● *BELIEVE* – while others are doubting.
● *PLAN* – while others are playing.
● *STUDY* – while others are sleeping.
● *DECIDE* – while others are delaying.
● *PREPARE* – while others are daydreaming.
● *BEGIN* – while others are procrastinating.
● *WORK* – while others are wishing.
● *INVEST* – while others are wasting.
● *LISTEN* – while others are talking.
● *SMILE* – while others are frowning.
● *COMMEND* – while others are criticizing.
● *PERSIST* – while others are quitting.
Don't wait on approval. Stay with your plan and keep your persistence to go the distance. Too many of us slow down to look back or look to our sides to see who is supporting. If you keep doing this you will fall flat on your face because you tripped over your own hesitant feet. Pay attention to what is ahead. Those who are meant to be in your life will be there. Stop trying to convince everyone to believe in you and your ideas.
Your clear vision maybe blurry to someone else because it wasn't meant for them. Don't worry about that. Just make sure you are always clear on your vision. Stay focused! The Dream you have is only an allusion if you don't fully engage with the greatest intention to see it come to fruition. Work harder and become that person worthy of that vision. There is a saying that goes, "who you are speaks so loudly I can't hear a word you are saying". So don't just talk about it but be about it! Start to be now who you are expecting to become. Don't play other people's games. It's time to participate in your own and win. Believe the Champion in You! -Adrian Starks
Good morning
Have a great day😊😊
An amazing story on Marvan Attapattu Srilankan Cricketer. It’s a story that Harsha Bhogle, India’s most loved cricket commentator, loves to tell, over and over again.
Making his debut in Test cricket for Sri Lanka, Marvan scored a duck in his first innings. And again, in his second innings. They dropped him. So he went back to the nets for more practice. More first-class cricket. More runs. Waiting for that elusive call. And after twenty-one months, he got a second chance.
.
This time, he tried harder. His scores: 0 in the first innings, 1 in the second Dropped again, he went back to the grind. And scored tonnes of runs in first-class cricket. Runs that seemed inadequate to erase the painful memories of the Test failures. Well, seventeen months later, opportunity knocked yet again. Marvan got to bat in both innings of the Test. His scores: 0 and 0. Phew!
.
Back to the grind. Would the selectors ever give him another chance? They said he lacked big-match temperament. His technique wasn’t good enough at the highest level. Undaunted, Marvan kept trying. Three years later, he got another chance. This time, he made runs. He came good. And in an illustrious career thereafter, Marvan went on to score over 5000 runs for Sri Lanka. That included sixteen centuries and six double hundreds. And he went on to captain his country. All this despite taking over six years to score his second run in Test cricket. Wow! What a guy!
.
How many of us can handle failure as well as he did? Six years of trying, and failing. He must have been tempted to pursue another career. Change his sport perhaps. Play county cricket. Or, oh well, just give up. But he didn’t. And that made the difference.
We all hear stories of talented people who gave up before their potential was realized. People who changed jobs and careers when success seemed elusive.
.
The next time you are staring at possible failure or rejection, think of Marvan. And remember this: If you don’t give up, if you believe in yourself, if you stay the course, the run will eventually come. What more you could even become captain some day.
NEVER GIVE UP !
NEVER, NEVER GIVE UP !!

Move on from it so that you can be done with it! Here is the reality. You can't live in your present if there is still a need to relive your past by trying to fix it. People who have done you wrong, things that did not go in your favor or failures, just let them go. Let it go so that you can grow! The past has no business investing in your personal future. It can make you emotionally bankrupt by depleting your optimistic feelings for the upcoming moments of a better situation. Ralph Emerson always proclaimed that "nothing great was ever achieved with a lack of enthusiasm".
You have winning to do! Don't focus on what is going wrong or could go wrong. Shift your mental engine. Focus on the very core essence of becoming someone bigger and better and overcoming that challenge. Drop the heavy bags of disappointments because this is weighing you down. To jump or fly higher you have to let go or you will be dragged. You are one of a kind. Don't waste time. You have a newly discovered tenacious person ready to fight for you! Let go of what doesn't serve that purpose. It's time to win! Are you ready for that responsibility? Believe the Champion in You! -Adrian Starks
