I think just asking how much cash we have, what the monthly bills are when we could expect the distribution of funds should cover that. I'd be interested to hear what RY says on the subject.
Читать полностью…Nope, it will have to go through the whole winding up process. They'll be able to drag it out until there is nothing left and not a thing we'll be able to do about it
Читать полностью…So we end up with 25% of a business that is technically insolvent and will likely need to raise to fund clinical trials by Qtr 4 2025. This looks like a wing and a prayer but without the wing.
Читать полностью…On reflection I now tend to agree. Hi sons choice but as you say at least the money goes into useful research rather than Robbings pocket (although somehow I’m sure he’s still got an angle!
Читать полностью…It will depend how long is required. BVI listed and AIM registered having been transacting in Russia, could be a couple of years. So could be 1.5m
Читать полностью…I can't see why it would be costly to wrap up the company. It's not like there's loads of assets to unravel and sell. Cash in bank-salaries and accountants fees. That's it.
Читать полностью…To be honest, I have no idea which way to vote, either seems to return sweet fuck all to Amur Shareholders
Читать полностью…Im also voting no. Just want them to release what’s left after all their dragging it out and be done with it
Читать полностью…Thanks for pointing that out. I guess a 3 fold dilution is probably to be expected. I'm really surprised by how fledgling the company is though, with no employees and no real income stream. It doesn't fit the criteria of what we were told, in my book. There's a V. Long way to go.
Читать полностью…Shares trading by the end of the month is good at least we can get some of our monies back or hold for any short term price increases

Читать полностью…CT is it possible to force the bod to hand over the money immediately should this reverse takeover not proceed.
Читать полностью…Looking forward to the QandA webinar (whenever that is). They're going to have to do a lot of explaining and PR work.
Читать полностью…That's the problem Joe, if you vote yes you won't get anything out and will probably get diluted to oblivion. There is an outside chance that the new companies novel cancer delivery system becomes a blockbuster and the company is bought out by big pharma. However voting no allows the villans to spin this out for months and therefore spend all the money anyway.
You could say that the former is more ethical and may result in a standard of care for brain cancer sufferers. It's a hard choice but I may choose the ethical route.

Sounded like a veiled threat in the rns. Accept this or we will leave you with nothing.
Читать полностью…RTO will be dilution to oblivion, No RTO will be cash spent aborting RTO and paying BOD and accountants to wrap up the company
Читать полностью…Not surprising. Just hope we have enough votes to send them on their merry way and close this out for good.
Читать полностью…Tom Winnifrith posted a useful article assessing the deal as dreadful and the RNS as misleading. According to accounting records, Extruded Pharmaceuticals have net liabilities of £708,510. Winnifrith states that its nonsense spaffing £5.5 million on a business that is technically insolvent and no clinical evidence to support its claims related to cancer treatment. Stage II clinical trials are not due to start until Q4 2025 by which time it will likely need more cash. I will be voting no and seeking a return of remaining cash to shareholders.
