How can you review 17 to 20 opportunities across 12 countries and not present one to shareholders 🤷‍♂ It beggars belief !!

I kept mentioning getting a stake in Corcel with a £1 or 2 million of the cash, their mkt cp was only 3/4 million. Its £15million now🙄

Per RNS 05.08.22

· The Disposal addresses Shareholder concerns about the initial transaction, including a more substantial initial consideration which is all delivered at Completion, and a commitment to the payment of a special dividend of 1.8 pence per share to be paid to Shareholders within 90 days of Completion. After Completion of the Disposal, the Company will become a cash shell and will seek to complete a reverse takeover which will require Shareholder approval within 12 months. Should an acceptable reverse takeover opportunity not be identified and approved by the Shareholders, the remaining funds from the transaction less costs shall be distributed as a second special dividend.

I loaded up as it was an easy doubling of money via the dividend or the potential of an RTO which would have to be worth more to shareholders that the dividend.

I am now just a few weeks away from realising the return

I fully expect RY to be working exceptionally hard on how he/they can utilize this last few million to their benefit.

They will scour all the small print, BVI loopholes ect so as to draw out the process until they've had the lions share of the remaining cash.

I suppose this way is much better for RY than any RTO as he basically gets to keep as much of this cash as he possibly can.

Probably just delist and take a few years before paying out the dregs.

He will ensure, to the best of his ability than admin/costings & salaries take up the lions share.

No surprise really.

Yes, I'm fully aware of this in the rns but I think Robin may have many more excellent opportunities in the US,Japan, Chile, Nigeria, ect to peruse over once they delist.

Hope I'm wrong and they payout but it's always best to expect the worst to avoid disappointment.

The BVI liquidation process apparently only takes around 3 months.

This will not be in anyway agreeable to RY and I'm sure he will do everything in his power to make it last nearer 3 years than 3 months.

He will work diligently with his lawyers to ensure this gravy train rolls on as long as is possible.

It's been 18months since the offer and nothing else has happened in that time.

They've had years to shortlist other RTO options and although they've had many offers, the best course of action for RY was to buy time whilst drawing salary and this has been a masterclass in buying time to allow the gravy train to keep rolling.

Hope CTs ok, I know he loaded up with many millions to be the largest Amur shareholder for this RTO that is not now happening.

Question now is how much they have managed to spend and can they simply delist to waste more time and money before declaring & distributing whatever, if anything,is left .

Have to say I'm surprised there was no offers put to shareholders. RYs just used the full 6months to use up/salt away as much as possible before dishing out the remaining dregs.

What are anyone's thoughts on the resolutions. I feel I don't want to cut off my nose to spite my face and will likely vote for all of them, although I'm unsure of the usefulness of Thomas Bowens as a Non exec now!?
