unfortunately we dont support ndk officially at the moment, so you have to lookup external sources for your issue

Add the following feature to the Android IDE application. It is very difficult to go to the location from the files by looking at the lines one by one to reach the error in the relevant line. Instead, I want to reach that location by pressing a button or the relevant text to go to the line where the error occurs.

Before setting up a new ndk version have you deleted the old one?

If not then run this command to remove and then install ndk r24:

rm -rf $ANDROID_SDK/ndk

rm -rf $ANDROID_SDK/cmake
