Steps to create an .aab file in Android Studio:
1. Open the Run tasks window.
2. In the search box, type "bundleRelease".
3. Only the following task should be selected: ":app: bundleRelease (Assembles bundle for variant release)"
4. Now, press the green button in the upper right corner.
5. After the build is complete, the .aab file will be located here: app/build/outputs/bundle/release/app-release.aab

Projects made in those mobile ides will work in Android Studio. Not all projects made with Android Studio are possible to work with in mobile ides. Basically mobile ides have only a subset of features in terms of support for various project configurations
