AndroidIDE can only handle the module named :app as the main one. In the LibGDX template we renamed the :android to :app for it to work. If you are importing a LibGDX project from some repository for example you may need to do the same.

It also 6 gb for me only 1 ndk and 2 buildtool and SDK tool 33 and 32 is installed
