I know even small things hurt you these days...you dont have any hate towards anyone but yes pain you have within doesnt let you open up sometimes.....you are fair towards everyone..but when it comes your turn the tables turn...this makes you question yourself that why you have been constantly getting all the negative emotions especially when you dont deserve all that...just because you dont fit into their ideological shoes...they constantly try to prove how imperfect you are....and this sometimes make you question yourself....I must congratulate you for handling such a mess...you know the sun only gives light...does it get anything in return ?....absolutely no....I know you cant become a sun all the time...but everything teaches you to become a person who no longer expect anything from anyone....you may feel all these as tough but believe me you being broken to make a beautiful building ....the existing colours of the building are not so beautiful ...so everyday you go through all these because you are being painted once again....and once the building gets ready with those colours you will never regret to watch that beautiful building you are being made which took so long !!!!....Have patience and see how beautiful your building will look...the old colours have to get perished to add new bright colours......this is a process painful but worth watchful ...

✅Hepatitis: Inflammation of the liver, often caused by viral infections (hepatitis A, B, C, etc.) or other factors like alcohol or autoimmune diseases.
✅Cholera: An acute diarrheal infection caused by ingestion of food or water contaminated with the bacterium Vibrio cholerae.
✅Typhoid Fever: A bacterial infection caused by Salmonella typhi, typically spread through contaminated food or water.
✅Japanese Encephalitis: A viral infection transmitted by
mosquitoes, leading to inflammation of the brain.
✅Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD): A long-term condition where the kidneys do not function properly, leading to a gradual loss of kidney function.
✅Leptospirosis: A bacterial infection spread by animals, particularly rodents, causing symptoms such as fever and muscle pain.

✅Swine Flu (H1N1 Influenza): A respiratory disease caused by the H1N1 influenza virus, commonly found in pigs but can spread to humans.
✅Leprosy: A chronic infectious disease that primarily affects the skin, nerves, and mucous membranes.
✅Rabies: A viral disease transmitted through the saliva of infected animals, usually through bites, leading to inflammation of the brain.

Never ever be afraid of criticism.. people criticise when they dont understand something...how does that makes you wrong..anyhow you need not prove yourself to anybody...when your internal self know that you havent been unfair or dishonest towards anybody you need not search for any external validation...make sure that all the criticism or discouragement you get dont affect your mental health..because many times people never realize the kind of words they speak and the impact it may have on you....at the end just push yourself ..dont let all external noise reach you deeply...it will not help you either,...wait for your day and dont waste time on things like being right being wrong ..this cycle is very frustating and exhuasting..so be neutral...make your words very valuable..speak only when your words are valuable than silence..you need not keep proving yourself or your intentions all the time.. they wont understand and its alright...

Finding Your Own Path
