Once you initiate unstaking, there will be a 7 day wait period for it to be unstaked before you can withdraw your tokens. Additionally, any staking rewards are locked for 12 months. These numbers are governable through the API3 DAO.

If you are referring to the staking rewards then yes. There is a 12month lock up for rewards before you are able to withdraw them. This conversation here might be of help and the youtube videos also explains a lot on staking as well.

Hi, the tokens you can’t withdraw are probably your staking rewards. Those are locked for a year from receiving it.
