Do not also forget that as per January update production continued, with the gas prices as they are and in country buying is at spot levels this should be having a material difference both to the JV partner and also ascent giving huge optionality to discuss terms, gas prices are 27x higher than when this deal was first agreed therefore return should be significantly higher

I don’t think he is holding up any potential settlement, they are a passenger at the moment in that process while the funding is finalised however every day that passes and every day that gas and oil trade at these levels the potential damage claim increases
